2 minae per vote +3 bonus per consecutive day. 15 Minae a day, which in turn equals to 75 minae a week. If Twenty players did this concurrently then you have 1500 Minae total.
Can be more or less, if they don't go stir-crazy buying stuff and make money on the sides.
You get 210 Mina per week by 1 player voting. So to maintain a nation with 700 Upkeep you need minimum 4 active players. Honestly, if a nation doesnt have 4 (!) active players that are dedicated enough to invest 5 minutes a day into their nation, the nation really shouldnt exist.
