      Nienna has access to entire bloodshards too but they're a bit stuck

      It's a conduit to Setherien. Those who are his minions can use them as a power conduit to him. Those who are not cannot.

      That being said, it's a direct conduit to Setherien's magic. A little prodding and you may be able to draw his attention. Not that you'd want it...

      Conduits go both ways....he should be more careful with their placement or he may find himself on the receiving end of something nasty.
