    You know, if the Halflings get special CT protection then how long before Sutica and Fenn get CT protection too? I understand that halflings are a peace loving race but what's stopping me from making a Halfling with the sole purpose of committing acts of banditry and then hiding my stolen loot in my basement?

      Halflings are peace loving lil short people. Let them be. They don't stir trouble. if you make one just to cause trouble and prove a point then you're adding to the toxic and ooC issues that plague lotc. Cease.
