Warning all Goblins! If I so as much meet another 4 foot tall Goblin, I will kill your entire sub-race. Goblins are 6-7 feet tall, not 3-4!

A goblin can indeed be 3-4 feet tall... However, do bear in mind this is very very rare and should have proper lore behind it.
Sultan
No where in the wiki dose it state a Goblin is from an Elf and a Orc breeding.
It's said it's BELEIVED it is... Though this is not true. Same with Halflings being beleived that they are from human and dwarf breeding.
