  1. Pretty embarrassing first time poppin that champagne, but i think its funny af. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1nofTQwrPA6qttF8z5_EY4HGKQlBVthYI/view?usp=drivesdk
  2. I can get behind that statement, though i personally dont mind people with shifting doing it. why not have a prerequirement that in order to shift other things youd need voidal translocation as well, being a type of melding of both similiar magics. Thatd be a fine balance. Or simply requiring the need to know enough about the material that make an object up to shift it (recreate it) like translocationists require.
  3. Thats all already a thing you can do eith voidal translocation. in the lore voidal shifting is kinda like a repurposed translocation. Since its not a problem with translocation i doubt itd be a problem with voidal shifting as well tbh. If this is accepted and it ends up being a problem then it can be solved with a few taps in the keyboard.
  4. Sorry about the late reply, been busy all this time. Appreciate the opinion, if you could though, I would be interested in if you pm'd me or replied with how you think the lore should be edited to be able to be used more effectively on the server. I wrote the history just so there was some story behind the creature that players may be able to learn in RP, and not have it be some kind of simple evil entity, but instead have a reasoning behind its actions. Though, after writing it I saw there was something lacking to actually be RP'd effectively.
  5. Seems like a good bit of flavour for these types of things. Would this effect all beings and people or exclude mages since many mages already work with heavy sources of mana around them, and higher tiered ones having large mana pools to their disposal. Just an idea, but i like the concept. My only other question is if this would only be in places like tears in the void. in hollows, nodes etc.
  6. Buuzk’Urghuub “The Hoarder” Rp Brief "For centuries now this demon has brought pain and suffering to the village folk of the realms we wander on. There are tales of this creature, its appearance; fat, gnarled, and corrupted into an abomination. Recounts of village folk, praying to this fel-god, sacrificing their children so not to cast down plague upon their villages. Stories of a demon who tempts ill-fated travellers into pacts, promising treasure, happiness, drink, and women, only to collect on their pacts with the deaths of those who wish to make deals with the demon. To a mere hideous man tricking dumb village folk with their superstition for a mere jest. Whatever you want to believe, what little /is/ known about this entity dubbed Buuzk’Urghuub, is that this entity is dangerous and not to be taken lightly.” -Brief words from a blood matted journal- Appearance While Buuzk’Urghuub is able to project himself as whatever he seeks using potent illusory magics, Buuzk’Urghuub bears a single physical form. The form of this being is that of a fat, hulking mass of greyed-green flesh. Buuzk bears a large round gut and arms as wide as an average man is thick. The twisted frame of Buuzk stands at a staggering height of about 8 feet. The most intimidating feature of his appearance is that he sports various tusks and fangs which jut out in a gnarled manner from his wide maw which spreads along the entirety of his face. He wouldn’t seem to bear any eyes, and has a blackened mane made of blackened tendril like clumped hairs, which track down his backside. His hands bear black talons of hardened flesh which come to a claw like point which make up his fingers. Below his waist would be two tree trunk like legs which bear exposed toes similar to his clawed fingers. The last feature of note would be the thin and black scaled tail which juts out from his backside, on the ends would be a spearlike head, made of a small amalgam of black, boney spikes. History In truth, what Buuzk’Urghuub is, or atleast was is an old uruk born during the days of yore in Aegis. Born under the name Buuzk of the Lur clan, Buuzk was a simple uruk during these ancient days. He was born just before the initial attacks of Iblees, and was known in his clan at the time as an adapt wielder of a bow, a common trait among the hunters of Lur. Buuzk at first, fought with the uruk admiring his ancestor Krug for being able to be the only of the four brothers to distrust the Arch-Daemon Iblees. Thus for years he assisted his brothers and sisters of the uruk and allied forces of Aegis to combat the threat of the Undead. While this transpired for years as the forces of good uruk are. Because of this the uruk sought ways of attaining greater strength to combat the forces of Iblees. For a time, this was all he could think about as he saw his brother and sisters die in events reminiscent of snowy fields losing great swaths of good people, whilst the undead lost miniscule amounts. This perspire, no, this festered into a great change through a series of events which changed his perspective on life.fought the forces of evil, the orc was still young, and hot-blooded as most This firstly began with the shamans of the time, the young Buuzk’Lur sought power from the spirits and take on the mantle of a shaman. However, at this time Buuzk being young and still hot-blooded was not seen as a proper candidate to enter the path of a shaman, at least at that moment. While Buuzk allowed his anger to persist for but a few days, this first hurdle in his path would embed a strange anger in his heart. The series of unfortunate events continued as Buuzk lost his brother and father in a bout against daemon spawns conjured by an undead overlord. The three fought these daemon-spawns, nasty creatures with gnarled maws, and fiery breath using crude aurum weapons of the time. In the end, Buuzk was the only one to survive, and while the undead sorcerer could have merely blasted the young Buuzk in a fiery plume right then and there, the oddly wizened overlord foresaw a change in the young orc and spun twisting words which distorted Buuzks perception exclaiming “You young son of Krug, are a formidable one indeed.. If you so seek to gain power, the forces of Iblees seeks all who worship our lord of wroth.. Seek us out..” The overlord said before disappearing in a rift back to the nether. This new lore given to Buuzk was sudden, and tempted the honorable son of the Lur clan for but a moment, but it too left a strange change in his heart. Before the mythic battle for the cloud temple. The young uruk was there heeding the mighty Aenguls call to arms that fateful day. Buuzk was stunned by the magnificence that was the Wandering Wizard, as he heard mere tales of the Aengul which had cast down its light so to protect hte descendants first hand. And in this time of overbearing excitement the young uruk shouted to the Aengul stating “Wizurd, lat ahm tuu great, agh mi cayn unleh wizh tu lern frum lat, led mi learn latz wayz agh flat deez nub’dedz!” (Wizard, you are to great, and I can only wish to learn from you. Let me learn your ways so I can destroy these undead!).. His shouts were merely drowned out, by the snickers of the few dozen people who heard the orcs call, laughing at his feeble attempt to gain the attention of the mighty Aengul.. To no avail. And so, Buuzk returned to his home but was enraged, how could these people laugh at him? And it was the wizards fault, they lost many people that day, and drakes loomed overhead. But Buuzk was still alive. Many thoughts ran through his head, memories, and nightmares of his useless fighting which achieved nothing. This blood lust filled thoughts echoed through his mind for days, months.. Eventually, he remembered what the undead overlord which spared him said, offering him to attain power by seeking out Iblees. And so he did, and would have been able to gain power too, but as balance tipped too far in favor of the catalyst of destruction, the equilibrium of Eos had to be righted. Aegis was destroyed and Buuzk found himself in the strange realm of the Verge. The years of the Verge and onwards to Anthos were a blur. During this time, the Uruk continued his seeking out of Iblees in his own way. He worshipped the Fel-Daemon in secret, averted from the eyes of his kin. This was his greatest secret. But, he bore another secret too which he hid from his kin, which was his beginning to learn the secrets of the voidal arts of magic as they had eventually resurfaced in Asulon. He joined some of the magic wielders, and saw this fluctuance in the void as a great gift from the daemon trapped within. Feeling it, as if it were calling out to him. This uruk took long excursions to speak with some of the great minds of magic during these days. And found himself to attain feats of illusion, and learning the archaic art of Transfiguration, dubbed merely Alteration in that time. Time continued to pass and he eventually found himself in Anthos, during this time Buuzk was able to achieve great feats in his two forms of magic he was able to uncover. Though, despite his experience in these forms, few even knew of his skills due to him needing to hide it from his orcish kin who frowned upon the usage of these magics. Buuzk persisted, and eventually found himself again in his long travels coming across a rampant necromancer, in the human lands. Both happy that the necromancer was killing the Orenians, who at that time were at war with the Uruk and Dwed in the famous wars of Anthos. He sought this necromancer and eventually was able to find him. This necromancer himself was a withered man, aged hastened by his delving into the nefarious black arts. In truth, this wielder of tainted lifeforce was skilled, but only an adept, who too had a goal to attain great power as Buuzk did. And so, Buuzk laid down his arms, promising to slay the village the necromancer was terrorizing with his few ghouls he had control over. And so, the uruk did, seeing that only by this mass slaughtering could he achieve his goals, he finally entered the darkness which was offered to him years before. The orc indiscriminately slew women, child, elderly, and the small band of halfling merchants in this village at the time. And before long, the small village of farmers was a wasteland of death. Being cradled north, between the lands of the teutonic knights, and Blackmonts, little was done to this forest village. And so, both the orc and the ruskan necromancer who revealed his name to be M’khail Ysgrov made this village their own territory, there Buuzk delved into this dark art, a dream to touch the entity he followed Iblees, although he too did not reveal this to M’khail as Iblees was denied even by the necromancers who wove their similar magics. Some years passed, but Buuzk learned few spells from the necromancer who too grew in his power during this time. Life force draining spells, and raising the dead were spells he was able to learn, but not much else. This annoyed Buuzk, but the orcish necromancer said little as he knew he relied greatly on his teacher who lent him much life force to sustain him in his preliminary teachings. One would hope that this story would continue to be filled with successes, but this is no story, this is the truth. Time caught up with the pair who made this once village their sanctuary. Stories were spun across the land of a village which was taken over by feral beasts, ghouls, and the sorts to get the more righteous individuals to take on the bounty of clearing this village of its evil for 1000 minae. An impressive bounty, but one the pair was sadly unaware of. So, on one fateful day, Buuzk awoke to strange chanting. Within one of the hovels their took over he saw from a window his master chanting dark words in the black tongue, and knew this meant something great. The aspiring necromancer jogs over to his master, frailer than most orcs due to his delving in the arcane and dark arts, he took his time but eventually saw his master. M’khail gazed upon his pupil with darkened eyes and murmured in a strange tongue, his voice twisted, and darkened after speaking the black tongue, as if his own were an amalgam of the many souls he conquered in life. “Those who call themselves holy come upon our doorstep Buuzk, take up arms, and get ready to kill a few of these creator clerics before we pass.” The orc was overcome with emotion by this, as he watched his aged teacher speak so simply about death, how could all these spells which sought to extend M’khails life be in vain, as he only meant to end it here. Buuzk was frightened, a strange sense he rarely felt in life, but he knew he couldn’t die here, his long tale of surviving the undead horde, and only beginning his adventures cannot end no. And so, the orcish necromancer did what best he could, and grunted as he embedded the dagger he had in his hand at that time into his teacher's gut. The old ruskan necromancer let out a pained squeal at the pain brought upon by the dagger. Using M’khail as bait, Buuzk fled.. There were few places and orc could go at this time, the orenians and elves were at war with the orcs, so there was no place for him there.. So he fled, quickly it took him weeks to trek down the continent of Anthos. But, eventually he found home in the vast desert of krug. He walked upon the tribal capital of his kinsmen, with off stares as the large uruk gazed upon the frailer stranger which entered /their/ capital.. A whitewash.. So, Buuzk stood before his kin, he was away for twenty years, his father and all immediate relatives dead, so few even remembered him, most saw him merely as a whitewash as he no longer even spoke in the mother tongue of the blah. Speaking in the common tongue, and accent of the humans, dwed, and elves. There was only one way that he could prove himself again as a lur, and this was to fight in the upcoming battle, as a front line warrior. Buuzk knew, or so thought his horde was powerful, his kinsmen larger than the frail elves and humans who they and the dwed of the south fought again. There was news of the allied forces of the enemies marching down to the south. In order to cut them off the forces of the dwed and uruk had to hold at a pivotal point, which was a bridge connected the north to the south at the crossroads of Anthos.. Years later this would be known as an infamous battle of the crossroads who few remember in this day. The horde held out as best they could, but in the end, under heavy hail of arrows, and trebuchet the horde was routed. His kin in the back all fled for their lives, but he who had foolishly taken up the challenge to fight in the front took the brunt of the attack. The horde was decimated by the north, and Buuzk laid in the nearby plains he fought in, slaying two elves before being fell by a slew of spears to the kneecap, gut, and collarbone. There would have been a spear to the head to finish him off swiftly, if not for other orcs who overcame those human spearman at the point. Only to be slaughtered later by elven archers.. This led him fallen, bleeding out, before he succumbed to his wounds and his mind entered the black infinite nothingness, of space and time.. Aeons seemed to have passed, before his eyes eventually did open once more… He was being dragged, on an uncannily hard surface..There was a dank, damp humidity in the air which filled his nostrils with a horrid stench, of burning corpses, before he fainted once more.. This time however he awoke for good.. Though, no longer being dragged he was chained, to a strange contraption, and before him were many eyes of ghouls, but in the center was a mangled but familiar frame. It was his teacher, M’khail. One could go into detail about the horrific and torturous experiments his once teacher forced Buuzk to undergo. All that is important is the reasoning, you see M’khail hadn’t died in the attack of the creator clerics, in fact M’khail after undergoing the stab wounds given to him by Buuzk saw the folly in his ways and merely ran, not wanting to let pride overcome, as he allowed the clerics to fight the undead villagers, and cleanse the corrupted village. He was filled with anger for quite a while, which festered into vengeance. And so, knowing Buuzks only ally were the orcs, the necromancers travelled there. Eventually going under the guise of the many slaves, he stalked Buuzk, and laid a trap for him in one of his cave lairs. He was no longer going to be Buuzk’Lur, instead taking on the monicker Urghuub, which accompanied his new corrupted, but powerful demonlike appearance. Under the necromancer's spell, and influence Buuzk was set out for an eternity of servitude, following his master to the lands of the fringe, thales, and athera. Through the years, Buuzk lost any semblance of his past self, for these many years he was M’khails perfect servant, a catalyst for collection. Sent out every few years to collect numerous souls, and lifeforce for his master, slaying individuals of all creeds, elves, orcs, dwed, kha, and humans alike. His entire life was to go out, kill, drain, kill drain, and return to his master. Imbibing M’khail with the lifeforce of others, allowing the human to overstay his welcome on the plane of existence. Buuzk grew accustom to his life, not undeath, for he was not dead, he was merely a heavily corrupted, and disfigured uruk. Buuzk even grew to like his work, finding it to be the only thing he could accomplish with greatness.. Though, through the decades of this repetitive life, even learning to play with his masters victims, so to prolong his stay from his master and have some ounce of freedom. He prayed mostly on villagers, and travellers, or merchants seeking fortune. He promised these men and women wealth, and greatness. And even gave it to them, but only for a short while, be it by luring a wealthy merchant to a bandit he made a pact with, for him to slay and take the wealth for his. Or to enchant a beautiful maiden, and using his illusory arts weave her emotions to fall in love with a simple, but ugly villager. For years later, 10 or twenty years he would collect on his past debts and claims the souls of those who made pacts with him, and often the families and friends they had made on their way like pigs for the slaughter. In time, Buuzk grew powerful, too powerful even for his master. He in the decades that followed, while his master decayed in physical fortitude, and mental strength, gained strength. Learning the ways of mental magic, and telekinesis. Eventually, after another year of reaping the lifeforce of the unfortunate souls, he gained wind of his masters suspicions, when he returned he was set upon by undead beings birthed again by his master.. But they did little to hinder the demon which M’khail himself had nurtured from his womb. Buuzk didn’t kill M’khail outright, he did slay his master with a swipe of his claws to the neck, but not for long. A mere day later, Buuzk rose his master as his own minion.. Not one to serve, but one to torture, cast live an eternity of undeath, plagued with nightmarish visions, that continually chip at his broken mind.. In truth, the story of Buuzk’Lur ends there, no longer a orc, but a twisted, and corrupted being.. His mind was plagued by his service to his master, for a time even serving under the forces of iblees, collecting souls for his master.. But as all masters in his life do, they lose.. And so this demon Buuzk’Urghuub does what only it knows to do.. To collect.. For what? It every few years reaps on the pacts it makes, and the occasional unsuspecting traveller, making more pacts, or merely devouring the lifeforce of its victims. Whilst it prowls, Urghuub is known to steal artifacts, items, and mere trinkets of many folk, mainly those which it comes in contact with. Only to store these items in its lair to hibernate. And when the wheel of the descendants turn again, only to travel to the next realms, Vailor, Axios and more.. Urghuub leaves its cave, devouring the trinkets it has acquired through its devilish travels, only to find another damp, dark, humid cave to spew the items out, continuing its hoard of items, and lifeforce.. Waiting.. For a new master.. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- History Brief Buuzk is a heavily corrupted, and tainted orc from Aegis whos figure has been greatly disfigured. It has seen much of the realm, fighting many threats, before his eventual corruption and descent. Now he is a malicious demon like entity who hoards large amounts of life force, and random trinkets from the thousands of individuals it has reaped life from. It continues to hoard, picking up its stakes and travelling to the new lands every time the descendants move under the guise of a simple mortal. And awaits for the day it can serve something, or someone again that it can give its vast amounts of life force and trinkets to. Capabilities The strange demon wields twisted, otherworldly magics reminiscent to that of voidal and dark mages, however to a greater extent than most. This corrupted creature is able to wield spells and magics below to a great, masterful skill that surpasses the common man, elf, dwed, or orc. Because of this, Buuzk is capable of doing certain feats that could be considered otherworldly, and generally unattainable such as its ability to project an avatar of itself using potent Illusions and mental magic akin to a deity, or spirit in places he is not at the moment at. Illusion Mental Magic Transfiguration Necromancy Telekinesis Personality Buuzk boasts a variety of different personalities and voices depending on the situation. However, Buuzk is very much so a trickster. He may pretend to be a holy Aengul just to gain the trust of a person he wants to target, or he may take on the illusionary form of a simple ghoul to observe a necromancer. However, when he is attacked and under threat, he may take on a deeper and angrier tone. Habit Buuzk often than not make sure not to draw much attention to himself, and wouldn’t cause a scene when he is disguised using illusory magics. He enjoys to toy with his victims, making them experience their worst fears before killing them. He is known more as a reaper of the lesser, as despite him being a complete trickster using his silver tongue to deceive individuals, he is known to give people a chance to prove themselves. This can be seen often if an individual falls subject to his mental magic games, making them witness their worst fears, or fighting an illusionary creature, or even merely solving a difficult riddle in an allotted time. He will allow the individual to walk free. As the greatest aspect that is seen from his orcish past is his honor. As such, he does not lie, and shows mercy to those worth it.. But, rarely anyone is able to conquer his tasks, that is /if/ he chooses to give one. Also, it should be of note, that this creature awaits a greater entity it may serve, or work with. This can be a player char, or greater event creature. The Pact The pact is the more mythic aspect of this corrupted being. If this creature seeks an individual out, or someone seeks him out wishing for something. Be it greatness, fortune, and so forth, Buuzk may give it to them. Although, often than not will give things within his power, and that will ultimately bite a person in the ass. For example, someone can wish to be immortal, and Buuzk may kill them, and then revive them as a ghoul, or undead servant. If they wish for fortune, he may kill a traveling merchant, and write in the will that all treasures go to said individual, only to use mental magic on their relatives who want their money to send bandits to kill the one who made the pact. All must be within the realm of possibility of Buuzk, and if it is not possible such as if someone asks to become an Aengudaemon, he will simply refuse. Undergoing a pact would mean to sign that character off on a PK clause OOCly. Redlines Pacts made with the creature are entirely RP, and therefore can only be things done in RP within the capability of the creature. Cannot do supernatural things, can only influence things, or make RP to get what your char desires. Also up to ET's discretion whether they do it or not. Agreeing to a pact means that your character is agreed to an OOC PK clause, those who agree to a pact must be notified of this OOCly beforehand. While the creature is stronger and magically powerful, it is not indestructible. Illusionary avatars can be warded by an alterationist. It is possible for only certain people to see the illusionary avatars Holy magic is effective on it, but not as much as it would be a lich or undead, as while being greatly corrupted, and twisted. Buuzk is still a mortal. Despite what he may say or think. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Why add this? I figured this would be a neat addition for an event creature to be played by the ET for events. Most magical creatures are big bad monsters that people make lore for as an entirely new creature. And while this creature does go beyond what any player could do in regards to its magic, I think it would be an interesting thing for players to experience. In regards to the pacts that it can make, where it can give players wealth, and their wishes, but at a cost. We don’t really see anything like that on the server and think the addition of this could be cool. Also, I wanted to make a creature with an entire backstory which is why I added the lengthy story of his history, to give some personality to the creature instead of being a one dimensional creature which someone goes to, and kills, and then collects reward. This could allow a whole bunch of different avenues for RP, from event chains, to long term RP, to even just one event where someone might want to kill Buuzk, and may succeed at great risk. It’s open to anything, be sure to tell me what you guys think about it, and if there's anything I should add or change. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thanks!
  7. Gotta agree with the kitten. I just feel like adding a type of taint applied to the void that corrupts and can harm the land would make void magic a more destructive force. Void magic is cool because of all the ways people roleplay it, and the different type of mage niches people can find it. From harmless pacifists to mage overlords. Feel like adding a taint aspect would do three things. The first is prevent bigger spells like arcane circles to create big enchantments. As doing so would create a large amount of taint in the area the spell took place. The second would give druids more of a probable cause to hate mages, and spread a legitimate reason for people to consider void magic just as bad as dark mages. I like the idea of void magic allowing all sorts of roleplay, from it being peaceful to it being the destructive force this lore would make it out to be. Not that I don't like the idea, of course, I just think it'd kinda change the entire view people have of mages, and mages would have of mages themselves.
  8. Actually very much so like this I agree mages should have always been rping as weaker than normal people, and the second part for a soulbound weapon that connects a mage to the void perpetually. I in the past have thought of the idea to make lore but never new how to make it feasible with the lore. +1 great work Toxie.
  9. why not have dark elven lautamancy like creator clerics or non-tah clericlism where it does the exact same thing and is tecgnically the same magic just religiously different.
  10. I believe if this magical feat were added it should be as stated as a magic feat not tied down to a specific magic in particular. The same can be said about warding to a degree, fii magic in how they are made to directly dispell magic. Or even translocation to a degree. Besides that I like this "idea" but agree it can tarnish the threat of these things like void nodes and horrors. I like what gladuos said however in it being in need of a circle to banish greater horrors and older voidal nodes. Though the statement of safely eradicating these things would be something many void mages would have thought about. That's all ill say on the subject however.
  11. To strengthen what Gladuos and Fitermon's points. The basis of the lore itself or at least what it was originally with minor tweaking was that story/creation lore for the aengudaemon was/is meant to be read as though it is being told to you in a story format not lore format, from the point of an individual knowledgeable in the subject, possibly the aengudaemon itself. Basically it serves as an overview, and what the other two said is that the aengudaemon planted the seed of what these things can be in the heads of the descendant races, the races themselves however were able to expand upon the idea and or think of it themselves.
  12. Great RP everyone, can't wait to see what comes of the events that happened today. Goodnight lotc.

    1. AGiantPie

      AGiantPie

took it like a champ +1

  13. Much better than the original lore ptah made, I just hope this time cognats will be the spur of events like path envisioned for the magic years ago, I feel like this is a great step to doing that
  14. I'll only +1 if you let me FTB with them.
  15. Dammit Combustionary, you stole my idea I was gonna make lore on! I like though, keep up the good work my dude +1
  16. My only 2 questions rn are why is it not possible for one to sense the mana properties of an active spell, not necessarily Illusion per say as would break the magic. But rather a tangible magic such as an evocation, or other form of spell/magical creature. Technically as mages would it not make sense for them to be able to notice when magic that is not directly physical. If not then mages would be rather bland if they cannot even sense other magical things (Excluding objects) around them a voidal node for example. The other question I have is, why not be able to sense magical presence/values of living organisms, something being living makes you unable to perform alteration magics on them due to them always being in a state of flux, but to gather a general understanding of them by using this shouldn't be impossible. I'm liking the ideas of feats but I feel like since this really doesn't add much to make this not needing of an MA and just have it like Magelight where it is possible to learn it on your own as long as you do not powergame and have an accepted MA. And may choose to learn it from a teacher or on your own, basically making it a household magic in a way. Also, a side question I have is Aesthetically really, would it be breaking of lore to perform this appearance wise besides fumes? Just to make it more aesthetically appealing/diverse between people.

  18. Haven't made one of these in a while Me and some compadres built a boat: And this is the aftermath of my boys halloween frat party last week with lieutenant dan. I'm the sexy mofo in the middle:
  19. The way I view your idea of magical feats is requiring an MA to use it. Mage light doesn't require an MA anyone can use it. So it's feat like but not directly a magical feat. And what Gladuos said really, as this was already an unofficial 'thing' alteration magic users and Void-Translo magic users are able to do in bits. Really though this seems more so an addition to Alteration magic as an archtype as a whole as opposed to a magical feat itself seeing as many users of alteration magic specifically (Telekinesis, Void translo, Transfiguration) can do these things in bits and bobs some as a whole.
  20. Just wanted to say somewhere in the old magic q/a the point was brought up of if it would be possible to sense a persons mana pool/magical capability or mana in enchantments/objects and it was said by an mat member at the time itd be possible with void translocation. not sure if still canon but just wanted to point that out there.
  21. Anyone have league of legends, started playing after 7 months trying to find peeps to play with.

  22. So do we have a show yourself thread that is used or nah?

    1. Enyahs V.

      Enyahs V.

Even the one we have is pretty much dead.

  23. 8 is a reasonable number of people yes. However, if it is possible to get 10 or even 15 people on a ritual. That could generate a ton of RP and simply open it up for more people to be apart of. It'd most likely not be common, however it is still plausible especially with the large number of magic users in RP nowadays. Generally it doesn't seem that impossible, just not happen often.
  24. Yes, I gave a similiar idea to a few lm's 2 years ago about a similiar procedure of using one person, they said it'd be cool but I never got around to make lore for it. Good work however, the only thing I would like to critique is why limit it to only 8 people? I am one to believe that if you can gather that many people say 10 or 15 you shouldn't be limited, or have them hinder the ritual. It should only make it better.
