    The Mountain is pushing 8 feet tall (In the books) Which is the closest representation to an orc we have.The Viper is less experienced than most humans seem to be. Therefore using it as an example should be justified, Also please call it ASoIaF. I think average orcs need to simmer down a little bit and realise just how big 9ft really is.

    I think the orcs should be able to be incredibly huge...if they are all dumb as hell. This includes no skill in fighting, Simply waving a club.

    I was at first annoyed as it seemed we had lost out on our 150 minas a day however that is not true. Therefore I think the changes are fine.

    I used to rp my character with an iron stump cap until he died in rp to get healed properly. This would have been so useful
