Regarding noble levies and personal militaries of any sort in the realm of the Dual Monarchy of Haense; Noble houses and operators of personal militaries will herewith be limited to two (2) employed household soldiers at the maximum. a. The aforementioned soldiers must also be registered in the royal army, respond to royal rallies, and attend training. They must observe the same rules and regulations as conventional soldiers and will be ranked accordingly. b.
