  2. Let’s make the server family friendly! No cussing, killing, blood, or anything of the sort! Just good ol’ family fun.

      No. Current and most recent gens took a huge step from the roots of the guild and the guild has been retired.

  4. “Diz azh iz wiv da Horde lat’z dumbzkah!” Orgak rumbled in anger.
  5. Orgak remembers when he and his fellow Raiders were outnumbered at the Druid’s Grove and still won. He also remembers that the only way Wood Elves won anything was because they had the help of Oren.
  6. When your lore post has been up since April 19th and still hasn’t been replied by an LT. ;-;

  7. I personally will see to it that Satyrs RP as they are supposed to be RPing them. I could've worded that better, but that's putting it bluntly. What I mean is that I will make sure that they RP the Satyrs correctly, and at least try to fit in their language at everytime they can, so they aren't re-skinned elves. I wish to have some sort of working system so that I can kinda see what people's interactions are with Satyrs, and if the Satyrs are acting as they should.

  9. I take back everything I said about this Lore and trying to defend it. I’m going to leave a -1
  10. Grrrrr... as an Orc I am offended by you saying there was another Orc settlement nearby! Also Renatus and Orcs are allies
  11. Ok I’m really hoping you mean by that they can’t breed with descendants because they can breed with each other. You ignore that admins and LT approved the Lore.
  12. 1. Well that sounds pretty fuckin’ stupid but alright. Welves know a lot it seems. 2. There are a lot of options yes, and while I do agree that some creatures should be axe’d, something’s should be accepted. 3. Did you read the rest of the history? And it does work mainly because Ratiki are also a new thing, since they are known as the Ratmen of Atlas. And if it doesn’t work already it could work. I’m sure there’s still some unexplored areas in the map that could harbor ruins. 4. Just as the Hou-Zi’s and Satyr’s breeding process is against the rules? They breed normally. If the admins and LT didn’t like it I’m not sure why those two were accepted but whatever ya say.
  13. But w h y. Lizards can be a good antag if done right. Which will be done right hopefully.
  14. Xoatol are definitely not like Hillary Clinton. She’s not a lizard, she’s a rat. There are plenty of people playing descendants already. This is just a little more diversity to be added to the current lore. And they could provide a potential antagonist for the server.
  15. They are allowed to reproduce my dude. As are the Satyrs. Otherwise they wouldn’t have been accepted in the first place, now would they?
  16. No, I meant druids could marry the Satyrs. As in like the priests.
  17. Cybering is degeneracy. I do not tolerate it. Did you read the lore? At all? Or did you just look over to find that and have a reason to -1 it? Because if you would look, these Satyrs aren’t Greek or roman. Nor do they live like them. Sure they party and the like, but they’re more Celtic now. They have their own kind of warriors, not to mention none of the words are Greek anymore and have been replaced. This can add to LotC, so before you think to -1 something why don’t you actually read the damn thing? Also reproducing is natural. We don’t do it with descendants, rather ourselves because we are capable of producing children. Same as Kha or Hou-Zi
  18. The Reasoning; A while back, I created the first Satyr lore. It was barebones, I do admit it, and was honestly bad. With the whole uh… descendant breeding thing. However shortly after I made it, Hedgehug got in contact with me and said he was going to re-write it. The re-write made a lot of Gen 1 Satyrs angry because it removed the ability to learn magic, and had also -for the initial draft, it was later changed- almost removed their bits. It would’ve been replaced with some weird light and dancing thing. But yes, it was weird as heck. However, now a lot of Gen 1 Satyrs stopped playing their Satyrs because they felt it was stupid for them to have their magic learning ability removed. Also the whole not being able to live in cities kind of made it bad. But it all turned out alright in the end and Satyrs are now growing! Kind of. With the soft shelved we can no longer grow, sadly. Which wouldn’t make much sense when Satyrs begin trying to reproduce. However, now that Axios is gone and we’re a good 4 months into this server I thought I’d try once more to save the Satyrs. As well as the other Fae. Satyrs since the beginning of Axios have had quite the history going on and so much potential history. Which is why we made this. So, here you go. It’s not just me writing this it’s a whole team of folks. Folks who want to see the Satyrs grow and live on because their RP is almost stress free. And because of our love for them and our community as a whole. I’ve probably spent a lot of time into this rewrite and a lot of time worrying about it. Like more than I should have. Also I may or may not have made this version Celtic instead of Greek... The Satyrs; A Rewrite. History; Early Axios. History; Mid Axios. History; Late Axios. History; Early Atlas (Current). Physical Appearance (Changes have been made) The Satyrs are known as many names, Goatmen, animals, beasts, but mostly by the dominating Clan, Clan Thorn. The Four Bloodlines, have almost been reduced to three. Bighorns- The Bighorns (previously known as Thorns) make up the bulk of Clan Thorn. The Bighorns have ram legs and horns, which curve and are quite sharp. The adventurous Bighorns are drinkers, and are quite social. They are the bravest of the Bloodlines, and the most brash. They are known mostly for their temper, which rivals the Longhorns’. The Bighorns stand from 5’11”-6’4”. The women stand from 5’4”-5’10”. Longhorns- The Longhorns (previously known as the Oaks) make up Clan Oak. The lazy preachers of the Aspects. Their horns are long and straight, ending in curves. Despite being lazy, they are quite deadly in combat. They tend to enter a rage in which they simply charge and attempt to gore their opponent. The Longhorns stand from 6’1”-6’8”, being especially big. Even the women, stand from 5’6”-6’2” are tall. Twistedhorns- The Twistedhorns (previously known as the Clovers) make up Clan Clover. Twistedhorns are known for their twisted horns that grow from their forehead. They are shy, and are more introverted than extroverted. They choose not to venture too much and instead stay where it’s nice and quiet. The males stand from 5’4”-6’2”, being smaller compared to the Longhorns and Bighorns. The women stand from 4’10”-5’6”. Straighthorns- The Straighthorns (previously known as Ivys) make up Clan Ivy. They are closely related to the Twistedhorns and Clan Clover. Where they are believed to be extinct, as the Ivy have not been seen for some time. Nevertheless instead of straight twisted horns, they have regular horns much like a goat’s. Much like the Twistedhorns, the men stand from 5’4”-6’3”, being a bit taller than their cousins. The women stand from 5’”-5’10”. Age (Also Updated) The Satyrs were gifted immortality by the Aspects. However they are not unkillable, as while they do not age they can be killed with any blade or poison of any kind. When Satyrs do get older, however, they become more like the animal their bloodline is represented by. The Bighorns become more ram-like in both upper-body, and lower body. The Twistedhorns and Straighthorns become more goat-like, and the Longhorns become more Ram-like despite them having more of a prominent snout. Theirs is more noticeable than the others. Culture The Satyrs live in small Clans distinguishable by Bloodline. There are four popular Clans, which many know of due to Satyr interaction. There are the Thorns of the Bighorn Bloodline, the Oaks of the Longhorn Bloodline, the Clovers of the Twistedhorn Bloodline, and finally the Ivy Clan of the Straighthorn Bloodline. Although the Ivy and Straighthorns are believed to be extinct because there has not been an appearance by them for a very long time. The Clans live in desperate locations, the locations for three Clans unknown. The most popular Clan, and most known are the Thorns who live with humanfolk. The Thorns are believed to be the most populated due to their numbers. However, the other Clans have yet to be discovered, so it may be untrue. The Clans have become secretive due to past history, and as such are reluctant to share their Clan’s location with another Clan or Satyr. There have been little communication throughout the Clans, due to mistrust. There is no Hierachy of the Satyr people. The Clans used to meet in a Council of Four. However, now there is no such thing. The Clans are now supposed to provide for themselves, the only Leadership left is in the Clans themselves. The former Council members are now their Clan’s Leader. What little communication there is, the conversations are usually carried out in their own tongue, so any eavesdroppers cannot understand what they are saying. However Satyrs are normally very social creatures, who start parties and drink as often as they can. They do of course, sometimes have brawls of their own but seem content with their lifestyle. Most are outgoing and radiate fun and happiness, while others like the Twistedhorns who want to do nothing with others, only if they have to. Satyrs do believe in marriage, but it is uncommon. As most find new mates over time, however when a Satyr does choose to marry they are married by an Elder Satyr or Druid. Most Elder Satyrs are over 200 years old, and as such are considered wise and acquainted with the world. After the marriage there is a large party and feast that can happen for many days, even a full saints week! Language and Numbers; Redone Green-lines: -Satyrs can provide a unique RP, being now more updated and different as well as in my opinion, better. -Satyrs can reproduce by using their bits, which is to be FTB’ed. - Satyrs can now only learn all forms of Druidism. Including Nature’s Communion, Shapeshifting, Blight Healing etc. - Satyrs can live in cities, provided they fill their days with much partying and music festivities. However when living in walled settlements and cities, they will feel headaches and their conditions gradually worsen if they do not have music and partying in their life when living there. Red Lines: -Satyrs need music in their lives, otherwise they will feel as though they are gradually starving and as though they are sick. -Satyrs, being created by the Aspects, cannot learn Voidal Magic. -Satyrs cannot breed with descendants. -Satyrs have a year average for their gestation cycle.
  19. Da Zteelzkale Crokodile https://kaijusamurai.deviantart.com/art/Giant-Alligator-102193420 Habitat: Swamplands, Jungles Size: Large, 9’”-13’” feet long, 6’” at the shoulder. 425ibs-657ibs. It has upturned scales on it’s back and on it’s tail, which cause quite a bit of damage. Not to mention it’s razor-sharp claws and teeth. Diet: Carnivore, large animals, small animals, fish, anything meat it can get it’s claws on. Temperament: Aggressive, yet at times submissive when faced with a deadlier foe. Brief summary of the creature: The Steelscale Crocodile lives in Swamps and Jungles, beneath or waiting at the top of the waters for prey to arrive. Once it’s prey has arrived, it drags it underwater and attempts to drown it all the while it is biting and tearing into the poor animal. Luckily, the Crocodile doesn’t have to chew it’s prey to small bits due to it’s large gullet which it could easily stuff a child down it’s throat without it choking. The Crocodile earns it’s name due to it’s hard scales, almost as hard as steel. Although, if one were to keep battering it in the same spot, the scales would eventually give. Origin: Discovered by Lak Orcs, in the swamps near Norland and the Cloud Temple, the Steelscale Crocodile was certainly large and a foe to be reckoned with. The Lak Orcs set themselves to tame this wild beast, to harness the deadly strength it possessed for themselves. Using their Toalaks to make it face hallucination, they then captured the beast and brought it back to Krugmar to tame. With the guidance of Lak Shamans, they were successful in their efforts of taming and even breeding the wild crocodile. Characteristics: The Steelscale Crocodile is a reptile, reproducing by using their bits, which the female then lays from 4 to 12 eggs each time. Normally, they gather food from the hunts by carrying them in their jaws to the nest, to feed the children, known as ‘Smallscales’ by the Laks. They can move the nest by carrying their children in their jaws to a new location. Taming: To tame the creature, you must first break it’s will. This can be done by a myriad of ways, but one of the more common ones is by putting a saddle on the Crocodile and riding it until it calms down and gives up. If the Orc is to fall off the creature, they will most likely be torn to shreds and eaten. Another way is to use brute force. By beating it in open combat, as the Braduks would do with their Rhinos. Weaknesses: The Steelscale Crocodile has a soft spots all over it’s body, underneath the scales that stick up like spikes. However, in order to gain access to this, the person would have to get on it’s back or somehow shoot it with a projectile that would end up there. Additionally, there is a small soft spot on the underspot of it’s body, on it’s neck. There is also a scale that has been upturned to defend it, but everything has it’s flaws. The eyes are also a sensitive place for a Crocodile, as if it cannot see it will begin to panic. LM Approval Required?: No. As long as you go through the process of taming one, you can RP it. However, this is special towards the Lak Clan of Orcs. Kind of like an alternative to Toalaks. If Playable, what are Red lines?: - They are not as fast on land as they are in water, of course being more aquatic animals. - The Crocodile’s scales can be battered enough to where it will eventually give in. This being about 3-5 attacks depending on the health of the creature. - The Crocodiles are only loyal to the Lak Clan, and their masters. If anyone else attempted to ride or tame them, without Lak help, they would of course be killed immediately. - If there is a cloth over the Crocodile’s eyes, or if it generally cannot see for whatever reason, it will panic and blindly try to kill anything it can get it’s hands on. - While the soft spots are not insta-kills, they do damage and can hurt the Crocodile a lot. Putting this here because Creature Index is sadly locked for some reason.
