Lord of the Craft’s Forum Moderator team consistently strives and works towards maintaining the forums within the best standards possible while creating an environment where all players feel they are welcomed and blissful. Though you may not see all our actions in the works, but we are indeed here, lurking in the dark of each thread posted. If you, for any reason require the assistance of a Forum Moderator while browsing the forums, you will find that by scrolling to the bottom of the Home page, FMs are distinguished by a dark red name, as the following picture shows. The current FMs available in the picture above are Sythan, Jeiku, and dogbew. From there, you can do one of the following two things; Post on this current FM Support thread. PM an FM privately with your request via Discord or the Forums. Note: Replies to this thread are made public to everyone on the server, sensitive information should be relayed via private message to a Forum Moderator, or via the “Report Post” button. For a list of current Forum Moderators, please refer to the Staff List found here. This is where you can find the most up to date information on the members of this team, or any others. If you’re interested in knowing any recent changes, refer to the most recent monthly update from the Forum Moderation Team, found in the “Information and Announcements” subsection of the “News and Information” block at the top of the forums. If you have warning points you would like to appeal, follow the instructions and the format on the forum warning appeal subforum which can be found here. Keep in mind that typical forum moderators cannot remove a warning point unless they gave it to you, so don't PM every FM that you find! With dealing with cases such as harassment or inappropriate images/comments, it would be easier to simply utilize the “report post” button which can be found at the top of a post, as shown below, next to the date of the post. Some of the things Forum Moderators can help you with: Moving threads to a different sub-forum. Pinning, unpinning, hiding, locking, unlocking threads. Restoring a thread from the archive. Finding an old thread that you may have lost. Removing spam, off topic, OOC, or inappropriate content. Clarifying or answering questions about forum rules. Dealing with player harassment over the forums. Keeping an eye on a thread you think will be flamed or spammed. Things Forum Moderators cannot help you with: Changing your VIP Forum Rank. Changing your avatar. Changing your forum username. Creating, removing, or renaming sub-forums. For requests regarding faction forum sections, refer to this thread here. For Team Directors and Administrators requesting edits to their specific subforums, message the current Forum Team Director personally. Currently, the best method of doing this is via Discord by sending a private message to dogbew#7423, the current Forum Team Director. For players giving feedback about the layout of the forums, make a feedback thread in this section here. Forum bugs All Forum Bugs, Errors or other outlying issues should be referred via a support thread with the Development team, you can read more about this here. Most technical problems.
