  1. Enchantment Clarification and Additions This clarification seeks to elucidate the chiefly vague and incoherent mechanics behind the functionality of enchantments, aspiring to give it a much more believable explanation as well as perform a few flavourful tweaks so that the archetype is more consistent with existing lore. The following is what shall be added to the enchantment section: Implements for Enchantments: As the strength and resplendence of an enchantment greatens, so too does the cost of mana for the functionality of said feats, though lesser enchantments harbour such negligible effects that implements are not necessary, anything greater requires a means by which an artificial mana pool can be stored - this is achieved in Transfiguration through the use of “implements”, materials receptive to active mana, and capable of storing said mana. Evidently, the more powerful the enchantment, the higher quality of implement that is required. All acceptable, conventional implements that may be used for enchantments are as follows: Magegold: Can be used to power any enchantment if plated in adequate proportions Mana Crystals: Variable applicability depending on rarity. Arcanium: Applicable up to grand enchantments, though MArts using this implement remain a possibility. Thanhium: MArt tier if used in adequate quantities, more than enough for grand enchantments. One thanhium ingot can be used to make three thanhium gems as grand enchantment batteries, with an additional use for T5 spells, two additional uses for T4 spells, and so forth. Mana Crystals for Enchantments: Precious minerals remarkably receptive to the energies of the Void, acting as reservoirs of active mana for many powerful Voidal enchantments since days immemorial. Transfigurationists hold great value for these materials in their craft for it is, after all, the cornerstone of an enchantment’s functionality. The quality of gems is indeed proportional to its usefulness in the storage of active mana, with higher ‘tier’ gems such as diamond utilised in grand enchantments, whereas more common gems such as topaz given application in less powerful variants. The classification and applications of different tiered gems are as follows: Low-tier: All “mundane” gems such as amber, lapis, topaz, and so forth. Applicable for lesser enchants, but not necessary. Mid-tier: Ruby, sapphire, emerald, and any other gems of equivalent rarity. Applicable for potent enchantments. High-tier: Diamond and any other gems of equivalent rarity; covering the object to be enchanted. Applicable for grand enchantments. Naturally, high-tier gems may be used for enchantments of an inferior power scale to grand, however this does not mean the opposite is true, for one may not use a mid-tier gem to power enchantments better than potent. Passive Regeneration of Enchantments: The self-powering property of contemporary enchantments primarily hinges upon a singular gimmick in the creation of enchantments, performed after the active mana blueprint for the desired spell has been infused within the item. Mana crystals, magegold, and other materials receptive of mana, in this context, act as mere vessels for this artificial mana pool that is created by the transfigurationist upon the inception of the enchanted object, yet what truly replenishes this reservoir lies in a minute feat of Voidal tearing embedded within, wherein there is a constant diffusion and siphoning of Voidal energies from the Void between instances of use, which is in turn be repurposed by the enchantment for use in its spell. Warding and Abjuration Amendment Warding and Abjuration have always suffered from a lack of use or appreciation in thematic value by void mages, with its incredibly circumstantial nature not entirely aided by stringent requirements for an abjuration or ward to be cast against a magic. It is this glaring issue that this amendment intends to fix, by giving practitioners of Transfiguration more incentive to use this field of the magic, but also bettering its narrative bearing as a field which truly reflects the experience of a Voidal mage. The following contains what is currently implemented in the lore: Which would be changed to: - You cannot Ward and Abjure magic that you have not possessed an MA in. - You must master a magic (be Tier 5) in order to ward/abjure it. You cannot pick up an MA and drop it a week later and be capable of warding/abjuring it. - You may only enchant Ward Shields onto objects that you possess an active MA in. 3. Arelyn Iyathir groans at the thought of an impure's claims on the purity of Haelun'or. "Hypocrites! All of them!"
  4. Still on vacation upon the sunny beaches of a distant land, the former Sohaer Iyathir chuckled to herself whilst she perused the applaudable, and perhaps historical, account of recent history. Her fleeting smile quickly faded as she counted the number of times her name was written, replaced with a frown as she complained to no one in particular. "Only FIVE times?! That's SIX less than the Rhenaer... I could've sworn I did more than him to deserve better!"
  5. A veiled figure flourished his sword, enwreathed in an Abyssal dark that coalesced from the sanguine ichor upon its undulating blade. No words were spoken as he gazed spitefully upon the aftermath, only a hollow silence that hung in the wake of pale death.

  8. THE IMPERATIVE OF THE ARCANE Issued from the Office of Elsohaer 12th of the First Seed, 9 SA --- --- It was up until recent times that elcihi’thilln bore servitude to the wicked hellions and brutes that made up Azdromoth’s creations. This servitude was laced under the guise of protection; a mutilated promise that is not unfamiliar to our revered halls of silver. We have allowed the wheel to remain unbroken, and the perverse cycle of malfeasance to continue. No more shall the elves of silver accept conservation from strangers outside of our bastion. This heinous period continued to occupy the forefront of our minds, for looming over our library, our sanctum of wisdom, was the sole remaining blemish of Azdromoth and his reign over the Motherland. Our new government, formed in the name of Larihei, was quick to remove the scar. Yet, the sanctum remained. The house that occupied Azdromoth continued to overshadow all that we knew. With careful deliberations and extensive research, the High Elves of Haelun’or and their protectorate of Norseth’onn have joined in unity to cast aside this wheel forevermore. In the stead of what once was, we pay tribute to Larihei through the forging of a great reservoir, an obelisk filled with enchantment and the epitome of arcane prowess across Almaris. BLESSED ELVES OF SILVER, THE TIME IS NIGH. The Silver State of Haelun’or hereby declares the reclamation of voidal mastery as essential to Elmaehr'sae, and the continuation of the Motherland as the capital of magical pursuance throughout the realm. The wheel shall be broken by reminding ourselves of what was; and in the name of Larihei, may we never forget again. - Sohaer Arelyn Iyathir MAEHR’SAE HIYLUN’EHYA
  9. The Silver Council of Blessed Haelun'or As of 5th of Snow's Maiden, 9 SA Preservers of purity and adherents of Larihei's philosophies, the Silver Council of Haelun'or are chosen by Elsohaer for the ordained duty of leading the Mali'thill in their eternal quest for maehr'sae hiylun'ehya. Elheial'thilln serves as the political guiding body for our blessed nation, lead by the executive Triumvirate of Elsohaer Elmedi'iran'ehya, who oversee the efficacy and diligence of Elokariran in their righteous duties. Elokariran, as "Guardians" of our people ensure the prosperity of our nation in their respective sectors of expertise, through experience only cultivated through time and talent telling of their worthy esteem. Escribed below are the incumbent members of Elheial'thilln. Sohaer: Arelyn Iyathir Maheral: Eredael Rhenaer Medi'ir: Theris Elibar'acal Medi'ir: Kolvar Uradir Okarir'tir: Kiljarys an Iarwain Okarir'mali: Valyris Wynasul Okarir'maehr: Illyara Valarieth Okarir'nor: Zelios Elibar'acal Okarir'san: Caledor Laraethryn

  11. The Arcane Concord Ratified 18th of the Amber Cold, 8 SA Since the days of Lucion Sullas and Iatrilemar Elervathar, the pursuit of the Arcane has long been an ordained duty of Mali’thill. As we are a race born of its intricacies so too do we possess an affinity, therefore obligation, to see to furthering our progress and mastery in the ways of magic. Following a momentous meeting have the Elverhilin of Norseth’onn and the Mali’thill of Haelun’or found fruitful agreements in not only a dedication for the arcane, but also an understanding in matters beyond. It is through the magnanimity of land that the Silver State of Haelun’or has come to the decision of supporting our Elverhilin allies, and in return will they repay this debt as much as it is worth, and more. Both parties thus agree to the following terms below with the signatory of this Concord, in good will and a spirit of cooperation for the future to come: [I.] Land shall be given to the Elverhilin Clan within the borders of Haelun'or for restoration of the Principality of Norseth'onn, which will be declared a protectorate of Haelun'or with Anordal Elverhilin as Prince of Norseth'onn. Laws will be made in accordance to the wishes of both Haelun'or and Norseth'onn, under the purview of Maehr'sae Hiylun'ehya. [II.] The Principality of Norseth'onn pledge to rally militarily and act in the interests of the Sohaer and Haelunor. The Principality of Norseth’onn also pledge to be partisan to agreements made by Haelun’or as a result. [III.] The Principality of Norseth’onn pledges to deny entry, refuge, right-of-passage, housing or accommodation of any kind regardless of if it is temporary or permanent to mali’aheral or tali’mali’aheral without the explicit permission of the reigning Sohaer from now into perpetuity. Perverse mali’ata who identify or are known as impure, mali’aheral who otherwise are clearly adverse to the security of the blessed Silver State of Haelun’or, or mali’aheral identified by the Sohaer shall be handed over to the Sillumiran. [IV.] The Principality of Norseth’onn agrees to assist and collaborate with Haelun'or in any form of magical endeavours, the proliferation of magic and the on-demand production of arcane constructs. [V.] The Principality of Norseth’onn will be inducted to Elheial'mali of Haelun'or and their allies, and will be expected to attend their biweekly meetings. Furthermore, Norseth’onn recognises Malinor as a home of the mali’ame, and are partisan to agreements made between the Silver State of Haelun’or and the State of Malinor. AY'AILERONN'SAE MAEHR’SAE HIYLUN’EHYA Signed, Sohaer, Arelyn Iyathir Medi’ir, Kolvar Uradir Medi’ir, Theris Elibar’acal Prince of Norseth’onn, Anordal Elverhilin
  12. Veil magic? Veil magic. I can get behind this.
  13. Lomian’onn Malin - The Unification of Malin’s Kin 14th of the Grand Harvest, 8 SA Without fail, we have seen the corruption of unity and the taint of deception plague Elvenkind for centuries. The long lives that we lead are often laced with the toppling of empires and the failures of man and elf alike. The Silver Elves of Haelun’or and the Elves of Malinor look at history with exasperation, and have ultimately decided to value progress over lethargic repetition. In response to the threats that exist from afar, the following is decreed: Herein is constructed the various accords and understandings between the government of the Silver State of Haelun’or, and Malinor. As a result of lengthy deliberation, the respective parties acknowledge: [ I. ] The blessed mali’aheral of Haelun’or and the mali of Malinor declare their pledge to restore the sanctity of Elvenkind. [II.] The two parties resolve to irrevocably identify blessed Haelun’or as the home of the mali’aheral, granted all responsibility to independently govern all of Larihei’s blood. Moreover, the mali of Malinor pledge to deny entry, refuge, right-of-passage, housing or accommodation of any kind regardless of if it is temporary or permanent to mali’aheral or tali’mali’aheral without the explicit permission of the reigning Sohaer from now into perpetuity. Perverse mali’ata who identify or are known as impure, mali’aheral who otherwise are clearly adverse to the security of the blessed Silver State of Haelun’or, or mali’aheral identified by the Sohaer shall be handed over to the Sillumiran. [III.] The two parties resolve to identify Malinor as a home of mali, granted responsibility to govern all of Irrin’s blood. However, recognising the existence of other mali’ame states resolves nothing more at this time. [IV.] To commemorate this confederation, the children of Larihei and Malin shall construct a monument to their confederation, the Talareh’hieal, which shall serve as a place of gathering to be located in perpetuity in the forests bordering the capital city of Haelun’or, in recognition of this grant which formed the basis of this new union of Elvenkind. [V.] The mali of Malinor shall hereby be allowed to settle west of the borders of blessed Haelun’or to establish, on no more than one tile of land offered insofar as its financial dues are paid to Haelun’or, a sovereign settlement by the name of New Luminaire, upon which they call home in their pursuit of the restoration of Malin’s legacy. [VI.] The mali of Malinor shall pledge to form a confederation in which each party irrevocably pledges to defend the other from external invasion. In recognition of this gift of land, the elves of Malinor shall drill weekly with the Sillumiran of Haelun’or to further the common defense of elven kind at the Talareh’hieal, surrounding forests and the nearby capital of Haelun’or. [VII.] The participants and descendents of this confederation shall meet in a Hieal’mali every elven fortnight to discuss matters of importance to elvenkind. This meeting shall be held within the Citadel of Haelun’or. At a time at which point the elves of Luminaire ascend to a status as a chief home of mali’ame, the meeting shall alternate between the Citadel of Haelun’or, the Talareh’hieal and Malinor. On alternating elven weeks a cultural event shall be held within the same venue. LOMIAN'ONN MALIN MAEHR’SAE HIYLUN’EHYA Signed, Sohaer, Arelyn Iyathir Medi’ir, Theris Elibar’acal Medi’ir, Kolvar Uradir The Sovereign, Aych’cief Siadrarr Prince of Luminaire, Alyndel Velu’Asath Elder, Vival Velu’Asath Elder, Cyrus Inacrynn

  17. RESTORATION OF THE TRIUMVIRATE AND THE OKARIR’SAN Issued from the Office of The Sohaer 19th of the Amber Cold, 7 SA MALI’THILL, Elheial’thilln has once more deliberated upon this day that which is necessary for the preservation of Silver, Mali’thill. It is through this prerogative that the Blessed Triumvirate has been restored to law, enshrined with the sanctified duty of purveying Larihei’s will for the purity of our race. Alongside Theris Elibar’acal, it has been decreed that one Kolvar Uradir (@Iverach) shall be assigned as the second Mediir’sae, under my office as Elsohaer of Haelun’or. The offices remain open to the democratic practices of blessed Haelun’or, and may be challenged by any willing contender. The historical position of Okarir’san, Master of the Word, has also been restored to Elheial’thilln to better expedite the diplomacy, judiciary and transparency of the matters of the State. The blessed citizenry is thus called upon again to rise up for this esteemed station. Let your competence be known Mali’thill, and Elheial’tuva shall decide your worthiness. - Sohaer Arelyn Iyathir
  18. The Sohaer chuckled amusedly to herself, running a finger across the script as she perused its contents by the cozy fire of her residence. "Shame you simply reneged, things were just getting fun..."
  19. A RIGHTEOUS DESIGNATION Issued from the office of the Sohaer 16th of Malin's Welcome, 7 SA Elheial’thilln of blessed Haelun’or has decreed upon this day that it would be in the benefit of Elmaehr’sae Hiylun’ehya to see to the glorious renascence of the Triumvirate - The Sohaer and two Medi’iran - for guiding Elmali’thill back to Larihei’s ways. In the interim of these deliberations has a provisional Medi'ir been designated in the will of the Sohaer, whose duties shall be acting as a proper deputy to my own duties as leader by teaching, a fellow dedicant in my promise to restoring Elcihi to greater splendours in prosperity and purity than ever before. It is thus that the de facto offices of Eltilruir'san Eltilruir'lliran'ehya shall be dissolved into obscurity as they have always been, and it is thus that THERIS ELIBAR'ACAL ( @Ixli ) shall be appointed as Medi'ir to serve the will of Silver. - Sohaer Arelyn Iyathir KAEAN'LEH EVAREH MAEHR'SAE HIYLUN'EHYA
