I think you should be attempting to get more members in other timeszones, such as GMT Etc.. At the moment, as someone within GMT, seeing an ascended is a Very rare event.

I like the idea and the creative way you wrote this out in a diary format. However I don't think that the idea will be approved as vampires are not a very original creatures. You will find vampires in many other role play style games. I suggest, as some other people have said above, that you make the lore less like a traditional vampire (Maybe don't even call it a vampire!) and more unique. Good suggestion though! (:
