    Tuvya finds it odd that Hanseti Vassals think they have the right to even try to form such a pact. Their oath binds them to defend and stand by their liege, this pact seems to merely serve as an empowerment of the vassals, the ever individualistic vassals.

    People won't be harassed over choosing the wrong side of the war. Most Duke's war rebels have already reintergrated into oren long ago without harassment. Now if you've rebelled over 5 times whenever given any position of power, you should expect to be distrusted ooc'ly because it isn't just 1 character with rebellious tendency, it's 5 of them. Just play it smarter next time.
