      keep maybe one chat of just ur OOC friends to talk mostly non OOC

       

      it lets u focus on the server much better whilst still keeping in touch with ur friends

      I actually did that pretty much. Left all the wood elf chats I was in and stuff, and only kept one chat that was my guild in Haria. Mainly because I know people in that group better than others.

      I have been through this a few times. The way to fix is to go to bed an hour earlier each day until you are back to normal.
