  1. The Countess of Temesch, Holy Dame Helena, congregated her children that night over dinner and commanded they join hands. With a countenance characterized by its a sober serenity, she told them, “Today, we celebrate your grandmother - a woman who persevered always, who set a precedent of strength and piety, and who will forevermore be remembered. Bless you, mother - imma, for your love was godsent in and of itself.”
  2. The Canonist Queen of Sutica, cousin to the Vicar of GOD himself, but prayed for the souls of the misguided.
  3. 'Holy Damd Helena of Crestfall' is the Princess Imperial's daughter.
  4. A peasant woman wonders why the afamed detective and dreamboat, Ser Karl Amador, did not choose her. She was, after all, an orphan with no patriarch to request marriage of... It would have been one less obstacle to vanquish!
  5. A Letter of Confirmation arrived to the quarters of the Viscounty Provins, sealed with the personal emblem of the Papal agent for her squire. Holy Dame Helena of Crestfall, Custodian of the Faith and Dame Equester of the Order of Exalted Owyn.
  6. "A beauteous take," remarked Johanna I whilst in the midst of her readings. "This brother has an innovative, yet devoted, mind. GOTT bless him."
  7. Johanna I had received word of the passing of her grand onkel. It had punctured her like a knife, and for one burdensome moment, she had nearly lost all resolve. Whence she had first arrived to the shores of Almaris, towing a meager brief case, the Queen had not been prepared to undertake the duties of her forebearers. She was but a girl, of fiery ginger hair and chestnut eyes, aged seventeen. The marionette was idle, untouched, and impressionable. It was Corwin, that afamed puppeteer, who thrust her by the strings and molded her into a mighty woman - one that would uphold the afamed values of the Blood-Raven's creed in perpetuity. Steadying herself, the young woman - armour-clad despite herself - peered unto her son; her heir, and that of Sutica. Corwin, she had named him. While she knew he would be a great man - Canonist, valiant, and virtuous - he would ne'er be half the man that his namesake Corwin von Alstriem was. No one ever would be.
  8. The Princess Robert of Crestfall, Helena, eyed the missive with keen amusement. Guffawing, she bussed her daughter Alice’s forehead. “Golly, my dear, what a show! Your heart is in the right place, albeit a heretical one ...”
  9. A sympathizer of the afamed Toffee trembles with fear. "How will Toffee ever survive this..." She proceeded to send her prayers to the cheese god, kind and omnipotent as it was.

  17. The Holy Mother paid reverence to the fallen husk of Jude II, and merely thought on how she had seen two pontiffs pass in her lifetime. In such dreadful and trying times, the faith needed to be shepherded, lest further pain and suffering should befall upon the canonist flock. Whoever would succeed Jude would have to honor the memory of his predecessors and fortify a broken humanity. This, GOD being her witness, was certain in her mind. -=- Dame Helena Augusta, elsewhere, prayed in the presence of her household, honoring the legacy of the mentor she knew.

  19. good question!!! i'd say id leave it to rp... each community ive been able to be part of has been so fun and enriching - i assume the others are similiar! (also, the magic to make you mine.......) #1 the CRAZIEST moment ive been part of has to be when i was at court back in renatus and there was a sudden siege. it was rlly exhilarating and more nerve wracking than one could imagine #2 idk if i should be proud or terrified of the monster i created #3 LOOOL most definitely aleksandra ruthern - with that raevir accent and icy heart, she'd make a daunting foe #1 OKOK so it definitely has to be between the talks we'd have as an aging aleksandra and mariya or the talks we'd have milena and mariya. theyre both so distinct but honestly so beautiful. rping w u was always so fun and (sidenote) im so thankful that we've become as close as we are!!! #2 we'll both propose at the same time so we each get rings... #3 i'd have to say elisabeth of metterden! she came so very far and im so utterly proud of how i stuck through her until she was elderly, through good and bad, through the memorable and the slumps we all face when rping
  20. ily you're the best king, i appreciate it a ton and you've definitely grown into such an amazing rper and person. i'd say it's almost been a big desire of mine to write to the best of my ability. skiking wins. he was fair game dont u worry... touche. HEY NOOB.... id say orcs; havent tried them out but playing one seems p dope it is the will of the gwynonese courts that you be tried for overt chimpery. justice will be served swiftly.
  21. "damn, whatta chad..." why should i help you write...? This is an awesome question! Honestly, it depends on the situation :) I personally always attempt feeding off of others' roleplay and reciprocating the energy they give me. That being said, i consider roleplay as a form of storytelling and it's important for your writing approach to be easily adaptable based on who you're encountering! if you're rping w someone who needs a bit more engagement, it's important to offer them just that. if they're engaging well enough, then it's overall easier to take a more reactionary approach and bounce energy off of each other. i miss the epic mournstone-ruthern ... reprise???? - #1, i love you. -#2 i'll say one I've had with you! i think it definitely has to be when you and I met in rp for the first time on Tatiana and Eleanor. it reminded me of the first time I rped w family and you were already so, so gifted at writing then. it's been a pleasure having watched u grow since <3 -#3 my mother forced me to read dictionaries as a child... on a more serious note, observe your fellow players and take the good parts of their writing and implement them into your own - we learn through practice and grow through experience - if i had a chance to bring one character back, i'd definitely say therese, my first character! I was honestly rlly young back then and didn't explore her character as intricately as I'd have liked. i definitely have a more thoughtful approach to my roleplay than I did in 2018 so sculpting her out from a young age would be rlly dope! other than her, im rlly thankful for all the characters ive been given an opportunity to play and wouldn't trade my experiences as them for da world bye.... 1. on the server in general, i'd say my first would be rping w the old alimar clan, eirikcolborn, ivory, silverstatik, khan, piov, njbb, and pureimp among them! we'd have a lot of fun just kidding around with each other in rp and it was the first time I was able to rlly develop the lore for a house on my lonesome. another one would have to be rping with @Trinnon Vivienne and Adeline. we always had such wonderful moments together contemplating their rueful existences as imperial women at war... finally, dare i say my most infamous character milena. she was the first character i really, really crafted an uber complex personality for and, while her life became controversial at the end, im rlly thankful to have been able to develop her thanks to the wonderful exchanges ive had w fellow players. 2. rn? hrm, im stuck on this one. i think id go with rubern - so much of it went unexplored due to unstable leadership and war which was rlly unfortunate. my brief stint running it wasn't too fun at all in light of that. the culture was fantastic and i think if another entity like that were to ever pop up, id be down. 3. therell always b a special place in my heart for the dragon knights... 4. [redacted]/10... 5. sorry, what are you talking about? 6. my favorite rp moment with you has to be one of the many rp talks we had while playing corwin and henrietta. every single time we rped, there was always something to distinguishably marvelous ab the discourse they had and im left satisfied. 7. yk i would man wheres the sign up!!!! 8. you're based. im thankful to have known u for a good while now and, despite being ***** crazy most of the time, youre extremely loyal n dedicated. had a blast playing ur lady dobrov 2. to leave you in suspense, expecting my return ... (i never do come back ever, tho) i cant b answering these controversial questions m8... theres enough of me to go around! i loved rping w u too and i promise it wont be the last time!!! as for your question, hrm... i have to say that belvitz and vrakai were rlly ***** cool and i miss em tons
  22. i think i joined in march of 2018 but @LithiumSedaiinspired me so, why not... ask away, be creative!
  23. what's your favorite memory on the server? whats your favorite memory w me? FAVORITE FOOD?? in your humble opinion, what is the best part of life?
  24. “Alright,” remarked the Holy Dame Helena with indifference, carrying on with her bouts of sparring without further delay.
  25. THE HAMMER WAS STRUCK 1814 A likeness of TRH Countess of Dobrov and her daughter HE The Imperial Majordomo, Lady Milena Carrion-Tuvyic. Painted in 1808. - OBITUARY Elizaveta Angelika Carrion-Tuvyic nee Ruthern On this fateful eve, it is with profound sobriety that the House of Carrion Tuvyic, comital lords of Dobrov, announce the passing of their leal matriarch and Countess, Elisabeth of Metterden, at the matured age of sixty. The Lady Dobrov perished suddenly overnight, issues regarding her fluctuating blood pressure roused by the trial of her sister, Irene Sarkozy, having long since plagued her. Over the course of her life, The Countess of Dobrov had been awarded praise for her roles in the productions: War of The Two Emperors, written by HIH The Princess Imperial, where she played Queen Anabel I of Curonia. Birth of a Nun, unperformed and written by Dame Yuliya Napier-Styrne, where she played Sister Lorina Carrion. Courtship of Sarai, written by Dame Yuliya Napier-Styrne, where she played Princess Sarai of Malinor. In addition to her contributions to the theatrical world, TRH Countess of Dobrov served as a founding member to the scholastic Blue Stocking society alongside her daughter, HIH Princess Josephine of Crestfall, and Dame Yuliya Napier-Styrne and served as the Governess-Secretary of the Imperial Court during the rule of Emperor Peter the Third. Countess Dobrov was a doting mother of six children: Sigismund Chekhov, Alexander ‘Dima’ Ratibor, Tuvya Konstantin, Sofiya Antonina, Sigmunda Agnessa, and Milena Ipera. Through them, she was a grandmother of seven beautiful grandchildren. Letters addressed to the beloved acquaintances of The Countess of Dobrov, at one point or another, were delivered to their private residences and apartments. They know who they are. To My Intimates, I will address each of you in this letter, one by one. Mind you, The dead have no need for secrecy. In every mundane cycle, there is waxing and there is waning. A sun is prone to set upon the very same horizon from which it emerged. The treacherous moon gallops forth in its stead, taunting those left bereaved by the sun’s lively company. The curtains, my readership, are wont to be called and none will be left - in due time - to deliver the final standing ovation. The rose’s thorns did prick the maiden's fair palms and bereaved them of their virginal touch; pure, unscathed, radiant. What is left, when the somber tide withdraws? Legacy. Memory. Will I be thought of when it is so? Will love consume me? A thought for another eve, I do suppose. There is time to lament the inevitability of acts coming to dire closings. Live brazenly, not with submission. To my Chrysanthemum, heed this well. You will do greatly by foremost listening to yourself. Your future is prosperous in the arts. Think always of your mother when in doubt. To my Jackalope, think not of the past or the scars that it has inflicted upon you. I bear the greatest of loves for you and will carry you with me forevermore. I hope you will do the very same. To the Crow of Dobrov, be prudent. The times ahead will be difficult for you. Look upon our Kremlin, Anavet, the namesake of myself and our late daughter-by-law, should you seek my guidance. To Irena, the only one amongst those labeled I will address plainly: we did well - didn’t we? I know naught if you’ll receive this, or if you will live beyond the duration of your trial, but we must be confident with our efforts in salvaging the reputation of our homeland - so carefully curated by our sister, Queen Viktoria - and to honor our niece, Princess Nataliya, so gravely betrayed by her nephew. By Bones and By Barrows, through fire and blood. With thundering applause, it all ends. Fanfare. Lightning. Culmination. You will reap what you sow, always. With high hopes and a full heart, Veta
