    I’m fairly sure you can do this already and is pretty much an aesthetic choice with or without a feat. I would not doubt if a person would use finely ground magic crystals and make a tattoo with it. Redstone tattoos are still a thing (despite the lore being old asf and shows it) so it is not out of the question for this to happen. This is what I think but its whatever the bossmen think it should be voted on.
