1) No, they can't have their monk magic. They can still play their character. 2) This isn't passive aggressive. It was known that AT would be getting Monks before the community even knew. We didn't just want to remove them outright. 3) We believe the AT will effectively be able to fulfil the original purpose of monks better. Honestly, my opinion is the player monks didn't feel like monks. The we're more like dudes with their own circle jerk magic, it didn't seem like they fulfilled any sort of RP agenda. Most of the time rping elsewhere doing other things. Which is cool and all but you don't need to be a monk to do it. Also, if you feel that not being a monk ruins your RP you could become a cleric, or a Druid. 1. Predictable, the LMs have been trying to take that since Asulon. 2. It's extremely passive aggressive. Let's pretend this is all ~fun~ when we're eliminating a player group. 3. You're wrong. The AT have tried this role no less than three times, and each time they've failed swimmingly. I would know: I was the leader of the organization for one of these times. Just because they didn't /feel/ like your view of monks doesn't mean it's okay to just nuke their group.
