I'll admit that I did think it was a good idea when it was proposed, mostly because of the awesome lore written to accompany it. However, nothing ever happened with it in terms of RP, it developed into a nuisance.

 

I do value its purpose during wars, but overall it's a pain in the ass.

 

Remove.

Dungrimm's Tavern, the idea to make the Crypt awesome, was never ever implemented. It stayed as a boring sandstone box.

Keep it, just give us something to do while there. Like a mob arena or parkour, just something

It is good for battles, so no one returns in a fight instantly.

I honestly don't think 18 replies including yours are "a big majority" at all. 18 players are nothing on LotC compared to the size of the playerbase.

 

Keep it, just give us something to do while there. Like a mob arena or parkour, just something

I hate to bump my own thread, but I still think this needs to be looked at. I see you've added a parkour course to the crypt, but that still doesn't change that you're locked up without RP for five minutes for no reason. And with the change to PvP default, there will probably be more frequent instances of MC death.

I say keep it. It adds a sort of familiarity that people can associate with the server rather than regular minecraft mechanics. Our own calling card if you will.
