Contract Magic, Frost Witch Magic/Activities

 

Dark elves have no knowledge of contract magic being a dark magic, even if they know it exists, and probably have no idea frost witches exist. Also I don't think any dark elf knows if Shade magic is still being practiced. Same thing about soul puppetry... I think the only two known dark magic around are Necromancy and Draakar's Boon, which you didn't add, because that name isn't known IC. It's Harbinger's magic.))

((No statement that it is OOC information is done in the post, it appears fully as a character informing others about what dark magics exist and are outlawed. This means for example if I had a character that did contract magic and told them that he did contract magic, he would be executed, or imprisioned, when no one that runs a town or laws IC knows that contract magic is a dark art.))
