Im gonna breakdown the player killing for ya.

I was witness and was a victim over 4 times to you guys shooting me with your ice chambers and pvp'ing me with magic. It also happened when you guys shot your ice stuff into a house of people who had no involvement.

If there were that many players - Stay in one area. Dont swim across the water and run around the conclave to kill anyone with your glaves.

So instead of giving a possible fair fight depending on how you attack us you would rather we just sat in a spot and got slaughtered all the time for your enjoyment? I do not understand, we are VERY weak in close quarters, one class doesnt even have a sword, just a staff. The so called "OP swords" have smite. SMITE. It does literally NOTHING to a player, it just kills mobs faster.

EDIT:   I personally watched Falconbyte slay some random dude who had no armor or status on.

Falconbyte wasnt one of us ._.

You know what, shut the **** up. Sit the **** back and shut the **** up. Honestly Dwarf-Antags, good game and I understand you all gaining your bearings. Be quiet with your passive-aggressive insults whomever in this thread is making them.

I see flaws in your logic here. If you play as an antagonist, why are you not antagonizing people? Do you expect, as a being of evil black mist and dark magic, to be embraced with open arms by the people you visit to spread the "message" of Setherian? Don't call the people you should be antagonizing and providing fun conflict roleplay for hypocrites.

Not at all, although there is more to do than just antagonize, and my character is quite unique and diverse from other Harbingers. You merely give us the stereotype of killing everything that moves, and seem to think that the cliche name of 'Antagonist' means I must antagonize the playerbase non stop as much as I can. This is quite wrong. Your logic happens to be flawed in this case, using the stereotype to try and make me appear as if I don't know what I'm doing. I'm perfectly capable of performing my duty as a harbinger, and that doesn't mean I have to run around murdering everything and everyone.

No I don't expect to be received with open arms, the better question is if I expect to receive proper and decent RP before people try to slaughter me in PVP for my non existent loot. I don't have to always provide conflict roleplay, Swgr, I do on occasion. I try my best to find other ways of providing fun rather than jumping straight to killing. If people wouldn't jump straight to PVP and ruin my events, I might try more in depth conflict RP in the future.

I think he means that he was rping well (I can attest to that, his rp is great), and guards just pvp killed him.

He shared your status, it was an inevitable conclusion.

Me personally? I enjoyed the PvE, the mobs all of the city was kind of fun. It's just the PvE, everyone had enchanted something and it was well....I spent more time running and hiding instead of engaging in a quick brawl, everywhere I look just seemed more pointless chaos, randomly spotted and a pvp jump chase is done till death. I'm not at any individual players and think the event can have gone a lot more smoothly, OOC intentions are nice.

I don't know about you but if I start preaching as a Mormon snowman with full body armor and enchanted gear and magic I'd get PVP'd call very quickly as well

We are new to this and are trying to get our bearings down on this and apologize for any inconvenience caused by losing your precious virtual items

You sound extremely butthurt over the fact that people are pointing out your flaws in hope that you will get your act straight and fix it. There is no reason to make such sarcastic comments as it only angers people. If you are going to play as an antagonist don't be a narcissist.

I believe an event like this happened in San'orka and it seemed to go off without a hitch... I enjoyed it.

Just saying, don't kill me... can't we all just get along mon?

This event was slightly different in that it was fully planned beforehand, though I'm glad you enjoyed it. :)

If people wish to point out flaws they are allowed, but currently "This was a GM assisted pugsy" isn't feedback. And no I am not butthurt, but rather dissapointed in the community that is so quick to judge and hate for something that could even be considered a small mistake.

I believe the issue really is, is that the people playing as the antag was most likely "Killing to win" rather than hitting people a couple of times and running off. Quite easily can someone or anyone kill someone in two blows with this plugin if they are killing to win, but otherwise it should have gone much like the San'Orka event. I played as one of the Morphs and only hit people 1-2 times before lumbering off and everything was cool, same with the zombie pigmen, there was much zombie pigmen, but since the players formed together they quite easily fought through them. As for no broadcasts, ET have no access to broadcasts whatsoever and that only GMs and Admins. There has been much talk about getting rid of broadcasts because its 'unimmersive' so I guess that could be the reasoning behind no broadcast at all.

It was quite the opposite acctually Thoak. We even began to split off of each other to give them a much better chance. I would only hit someone about 1 time and then run away to the next place myself, but no-one would attack, they would all simply run away and yell.

I suppose what would help resolve this situation is first getting everyone to calm down. Then, I would appreciate it if someone was able to walk me through what exactly the dwarven antagonist is and what the plugin for it is. This doesn't need to spiral into an argument let's all just take a step back and look at the valid flaws and invalid flaws of the event are.

I would enjoy it if the antag/s did have spells that where damaging of three hearts each, with in least 15 second cool-downs and having 5 at max of the dwarven antag at a event at one place, it might seem silly but that is how it should be. If people find it that it doesn't do enough damage or inflict a much big effect? It will, when? In time, not just magical "oh I am OP" and kill people as the person said above me, attack a person once or twice and not kill to win. Create fun and than more fun ontop of that to bring a good effect to the server. Not everything has to be a one or two hit kills.

As what I have seen:

The dwarven plug-in consists of two spells, armor and swords.

The spells are "Ice Tomb" and "Summon zombie pigmenX4". I am not to sure what the enchanted sword or armor has with enchantments though.
