[Feedback] Enough Is Enough

This is going to be nice and short. Things are getting out of control. The raid rules are simply not suited to be compatible with LotC's version of a World War. Because you can only raid once every few days (Last time I checked), people are being frustrated and breaking raid rules. When accused, they said "The other side did it, so why can't we?"

 

We are all being children in this war. In one hour I fought 4 battles, only one of which was offensive. And we continue to, and continue. When we slightly complain, they say Oren is becoming Malinor. The main problem is that nobody abides to the raid rules, they're seen as regardless and are mostly only enforced through BR's. GMs need to be actively watching raids. 

 

Just an hour ago or so I was on the wall, the Zionists haven't attacked for a good half an hour. Suddenly a dwarf runs up to us and starts shooting with no RP. Yesterday I got pugsied, and the reason was because "I'm a human". This is where we have to put our foot down. This is not a PvP server. I hope peace is going to happen sooner or later because this is destroying the fact that this is a RP server, and that wars are a part of the server, not the sole purpose of it. 

 

People need to stop shouting OOC things in RP. People need to abide by raid rules, changed or not. GMs need to enforce the crap out of this, and not wait until BR's are posted to take action. We need to ease the situation before it gets spiraling out of control.

I honestly like pvp everywhere but on LoTC, here, you get trolled, and then killed. People make sure they choose people who can't fight back, and say minas or die most of the time. These raid rules issues are caused by the fact nobody tries to provide each other fun, only domination. +1

I'm fine with PvP in skirmishes and wars. Provided there is actual RP and not a pugsy problem. But if we're not in the middle of a battle and you attack someone because "They are human" with no RP reason, that is bad and you should BR them.

Funny, I was outside the dwarven city earlier today and the Dwarves PVP'd two humans. I don't know fully what happened. They were screaming no RP kills and such.

 

Then the dwarves rallied up and attempted to raid the humans, despite me warning them not to go there because those humans when I was at their fort were prepared to make ban reports on the first dwarf that shows up.

 

I agree with you. There is way too much PVP to the point where it's interfering with RP.

 

But seriously, you guys need to respect the raid rules. It's there for a reason. If you don't want to deal with a spam of ban report and OOC hate, stop breaking the rules.
