After just over a week of obtaining results, they’ve finally stopped coming in. I’ve collected and compiled all of the data and presented it to the Admin team, as well as the rest of the GMs so that we may improve the state of the server.

All trolly responses were highlighted in red, some were pretty good this time. Regardless, feel free to scan through the whole document and look at the responses.

Dat media team.

on a serious note, the teams I personally felt did the best was App team, their job isn't too hard and they do it. 10/10 for them, they get the job done.

Administrators are there to keep staff in check and drive the server, we've been going in a good direction for quite a while.

GM team is the best it's been in quite a while.

to be honest you need to back up claims of "bias" or "corruption" with solid evidence. It's there, but screaming "bias" makes you sound like a twelve-year old.

There should be a staff reshuffle as suggested, in both the GMs and Admins. If someone isn't doing a job or doesn't have a noticeable impact they should be respectfully demoted and newer blood brought in to refresh things a little.

Oh, and mandatory #ShiftForLeadAdmin and #FirespiritForAdmin.

Allow me to be very blunt and repeat what I've said about the staff members. Forgive me for my blunt attitude but it needs to be said.

FMs - I see nearly no FM presence other than a couple moving old threads to Archives. So far the only Warnings/Moderation I've seen were from GMs. I have seen flame wars and drama occur aand FMs just sit there and watch it going on, and sometimes even participate in the drama-fest. You guys are FMs FFS. Do you jobs.

GMs - The double standard nonsense that occured for 3 years need to go. I've noticed this for a year and a half, but it seems to me that you guys can't follow the system you placed on yourselves. Oh look someone commited a permabannable offense? Keep him permabanned, because that was written in stone on those proceedures you placed. You have strayed away and contradicted it several times, that it's becoming very hard to take the staff seriously anymore. I want to see stronger interaction with the playerbase and I mean through RP.

In addition to this, GMs need to hit hard and be stricter with the playerbase.  Many times I've seen players spit in a GMs face and they get slaps on the wrists. I have begun to notice that our playerbase has little respect for each other, our server, or our staff members. You have the power to change that. Start banning trolls, and toxic asses. Ban them for a month, two months, whatever it takes for the players to "Not **** with" you.

Media Team - They're trying.

Event Team - More fun events. No more Antag spam bull. No more dragons. It was fun for a while, but now the fact that these are the only events I see, it starts to get old. Casual events that help with progression and story. As fun as the antags were to me, they did not contribute to my character's progression. They just fly in, spam spells and wither skeletons and be done.

Lore Team - They have way too much power and control over roleplay. Everytime someone RPs something they don't like, it's no surprise that they will go irate and make lore changes or make remove cuz something is OP. This has been done quite a few times, and it's starting to irritate the players. Also, I've been hearing quite a lot of complaints about the lore team as of late. I was told that the players don't respect you, because 1. Again, you have too much power over how people want to roleplay, and 2. Some of you, but not all may have some sort of mindset that they're always right.

Tech Team - Decent so far. But implement plugins that add to roleplay and enhance gameplay rather than interfere and change how players enjoy the game. This is why devs like Vaq executed his plugins poorly, because he heavily restricted, interfered and changed the way we play Minecraft and roleplayed. Telanir was an amazing dev because he added to and enhanced our gameplay without restricting us.(not saying you do)

Application Team - I want new players to understand the server rules before they enter the server. I want to see this emphasized.

I've been about 1/5th as active as I'd like to be because of school issues that if I do not resolve will result in my getting grounded for a minimum of 2 weeks and likely longer during which time I will be completely inactive. That, and I don't warn a lot. The things I mainly do are ones normal players cannot see, such as removal of some ((Not all cause I can't see everything at once)) flamey or trolly posts and statues, ect.

I can't talk for everyone, but that is my reasoning for not being as active as before at this moment in time.

Incoming mandatory overly defensive FM post! Just kidding.

Firstly, I realise me defending myself and other FM's naturally seems desperate, but defence is needed where defence is due. The thing about an FM's work is that it typically isn't seen by an average member of the community. Our workload consists of archiving, killing bad threads, moderating and general forum requests among other random things. A player wouldn't be able to see any of this bar archiving as the rest is hidden from the player-base for good reason, not including requests which are usually sent in a private message and possibly the odd status update. As for the second bit, I haven't seen it occur so I won't comment on it.

I perfectly understand that you actually do your jobs, but discreetly. By presence, I mean being there and taking control when drama-fests occur, not sit there and watch as I've noticed a lot of FMs do. When I see flame threads, I shouldn't have to only see GMs or admins locking them.

This was one of the reasons why FMs like Arik pulled this off well. He made presence. He locked threads when it goes bad.

I think the reason why the Media Team is getting a ton of flak is because people are like "GIVE US SOME COOL VIDEOS OF BATTLES AND CINEMATIC SCREENSHOTS AND WHATNOT" and the Media Team says "We're working, just trust in us!" Then when they do release something, it's very minor, and at times mediocre. Also, with all the media team members, you think we'd get a bit more...

Just what I think.

Rough. At least an admin is here. I do hope he heeds the community survey and considers taking a few... steps.
