A few Mali'fenn gather about around Irelia Fenn'asul as she stand atop a grassy hill. She looks upon the few before speaking to them, her words loud and enriching to the ear, soon, more and more Mali'fenn, and possibly others, come around to hear her speak.

"My fellow brothers and sisters, I did not think it was necessary to speak upon you all here today, but I must so that our kin may continue to strive in ever lasting prosperity and peace! I have been named a candidate of becoming the main representative over us by many, and I thank you for dearly for allowing me to run for such position, it is indeed a great honor. Today, I speak to you in regards of our past, our present and our future! It is no secret our kin has been despised for many years, our beautiful nation continually plagued with war and destruction. Is this what we want? Is this what we truly strive for? I know, I know that we are all sickened by the endless destruction upon our people, I know that we all wish we could live better, live in peace, live without the fear of hatred and discrimination! Our wishes, sadly, will never come true if we don't do something about the present, do something NOW to effect our future!

She takes a breather, looking upon the large crowd gathered to hear her speak.

"Tundrak was once a kind and gentle soul, but has now become something entirely else.. He is a man of greed and wrath, he cares not of our peoples future, only that we serve him so that he may feed his greed. Is he the man we truly wish to guide us once more? He will only continue to serve us more war and suffering with his continued allianceship with Urguan. I for one, seek for peace! We can not earn peace if we are allied with Urguan, they will only force us further into their wars, whether it was they or another who wages it. I hope for us to unite under the Haelun'or. They have already been kind enough to grant us a holding within Tahn'siol, and allow us to represent our kin rather than be pawns of war. We may lose some freedom, but we will in turn gain peace, gain prosperity, gain unity, and gain acceptance! Is this not what we all have wished for at the start? You may be saying to yourself, but isn't the other Mali in war with the bortu as well? Yes, they are, but it was because they were forced into it. The other elven kinds have always had their ways to abstain from conflict, they are able to abstain from many wars in the past, if we are with them, we are also entitled to this, instead of being forced into grand scale wars."

Irelia inhales

"My competitor, Gabriel, also seeks the same as I. He is a good man, he seeks to better our people, but I feel as if he lacks a certain compassion.. I hate to say it, but I believe I may do as a better representative of our people than he would. He is a strong, loyal man, do not look down upon him but seek him as a role model of sorts! He has tried to fight against the tyranny of Tundrak for the good of our people, he is a man surely to look up to!"

She looks to the crowd once more, taking a smaller breather before starting up again,

"I ask only of this, my fellow brothers and sisters.. I ask you to make me your representative over Mali'fenn so that I may lead our people to live with the other Mali, so that we may unite as one. It will be all for the good of our people! The other Mali will look over us, keep us protected and we will in turn do the same for them. We will unite, we will become strong, but ultimately, we will finally be at peace, something we should have had long ago. Vote for me my fellow Mali'Fenn, so that our wishes may finally come true, so that we may have ever lasting peace and acceptance!"

Irelia Fenn'asul nods towards the crowd, turning clasping her hands behind her back as she makes her way out.

Archibald claps vigorously after Irelia finishes her speech and turns to a stranger standing besides him and, pointing up to the stage, states, "Those snelves should definitely vote for her!"

The Lord Spectre grumbles at the uneasy report he received, his goblin hearing from Mali'fenn traveling back to Lindale blabbering about breaking away from the Urguan pact. Kardel crumples the paper in his fist, and kicks the goblin who brought it to him, the pathetic little creature scampering away in fear. "Ye Mali'fenn dunnae fookin onderstand! Chieftain of War Aeveron grunts, "Me am unsure of what this bodes for the Aephes people, but we support Irelia." He speaks from the crowd, standing out as do the other sun-elves, their enormous size and height making them the tallest, and most demeaning of people in the crowd.

Mikael snarls, standing amongst Mali'fenn conspicuously. He declares to the others in a snarling, guttural tone: "This was the ***** that assaulted us in Haelun'or. She is amongst their filth, and should be treated as such. She'd look mighty fine on a pike."

"Elves belong with the elves. The Dwarf-****'s corrupt plan to gain lordship over mali-kind by puppeteering the snelves via Tundrak has failed. Get over it."

Arthal Lowedge leans back in his desk, all of his paperwork finally finished. He drinks a nice mug o' Tundrak's tears.

Artimec clinks glasses with Arthal.

Grand Prince Tundrak II hears of the speech, shaking his head. "She is a traitor to the Princedom, and now, a traitor to the our Dwarven friends as well. All of her votes, are from Oren and Haelun'or, not even Mali'fenn. She is but a puppet. Also, she abandoned the Princedom during the Siege of Khazard'Karrzark. I believe at this point that a rock would make a better leader than she would," he mumbles.

Branaford says "He fails to understand that a puppet is what they need. She abandoned the shameful and ridiculous princedom. Tundrak has no right no to consider him self as a leader. His people have forsaken him and exiled him. It would be best if Tundrak was simply out of the picture..."

She is but a puppet.

"Ironic." says Moederai of Haelun'or, standing next to Tundrak if he had heard the speech.

Sebatian hobbles through the crowd to Artyom's side, wrapping an arm around him. He recalls the story his comrade told him of from the last elven night, his face contorting with anger and confusion, but mostly confusion.

Vul'ibar shakes his head, his white mane framing his saddened face and noble features,

"A snake slithers from her mouth in the place of a tongue. She seeks not to save our nation, not to preserve its peace nor rights of its people, but to subjugate us once-more under the vile clutches of the bortu. We need freedom, peace, just government, and representation, not a despotic grand princess bent on clamping the cold shackles of Urguan back around our legs in exchange for a title."

Faiz would laugh at this notion and would say "Where was Urguan when the first Lindale was destroyed by Oren?"

Would say to reread the part where it says she was nominated for the position, not simply trying to go for it out of the blue.
