I don't mind, I don't run around asking for validation for all the work I do. I know it seems like I do very little but... LoTC is something I think about a lot tbh, as I've said often I think I drive the rest of the GM team nuts with my ideas and nagging ;) . People think I'm rude or bitchy but... I don't see the point on wasting time with useless fluff to make people feel better. I will always tell you flat out how I see something and I may be wrong but... that's okay. I've always said sorry when I'm wrong and done my best to right it. You don't have to like me for me to do my job properly. :P

Going off topic. How about you entertain the playerbase while we wait for 4.0? Give them something to RP about. No one likes the Fringe anymore because it's gone stale. The reason why we get 70 or so players at peak is because there's nothing exciting to do. Ever since the final battle, there was nothing to do but PVP the other settlement. You gave us nothing to do for months, except an awful plague that was short lived and lasted 5 days.

Oh no the server isn't required to like you for you to do your job properly as a moderator, this much is fact. However it helps if you are seen more as 'no-nonsense' rather than 'terrible bias, temperament, and rudeness.' It is perfectly reasonable to tell someone what they have done wrong. However it is better to do so in a professional, calm and well-worded manner rather than your extremely well-recognized approach of passive-aggressive quips and behind-the-back talking. And please, take this not as me calling you out and telling you that you're terrible at your job. That is not the goal at all, it is more along the lines of: "Yes, you do your job well. But here are some points where you can improve." And if you see this as an insulting way to come across, well then you see the folly of your methods.

I think this is the 30th time you've said this, We get it.... We are working with the ET at the moment to find a solution to this problem that will also work with the main story line.

Guys, please keep posts relevant to the OP and not straying off of the path. This isn't the time nor the place, or even the forums, for you to be talking down on people. If you have a problem with someone, go to their next chain of command (the person who runs them). I expect the Forum Moderators to do their jobs and maintain order in the thread, and I will also be floating just in case. Be smart, and be kind.

That comment wasn't directed at her, it was just a comment in general toward anyone posting on this thread. I say something similar on most large news threads, hence the "for the 100th time".
