According to the laws of feudatory succession in the Imperium Tertius, no woman can inherit or possess a feudatory, adhering strictly to agnatic-primogeniture.

 

1. Landed nobility titles and other such feudatories cannot be given away or sold, only inherited in accordance with a system of agnatic primogeniture. Women can never inherit landed titles.

 

 

It is also reminded that House de Silvarois is not a Noble House within the Empire, their status merely Common and whatever former titles held by the family are hereby inherited by His Imperial Majesty, Emperor Robert.

Mia de Silvarois would then ask that the emperor then recant the official documents and the words of nobles and kings alike that stated to the contrary for many years before his reign and if he so wished to publicly dissolve the house of such to do so and give reason and closure to the issue instead of simply stating they did not exist. If such is made, she can happily go about her common existence. It is also to be said that nothing was handed over and the statement was made to bring to an end those rumors and that the laws of the empire were clearly realized and that is why the suggestion of Issac de Silvarois, the next male heir in line for Baron Gathius de Silvarois, was made.
