Would anybody please clarify on this subject? It baffles me how people agree to the fact that the process wil be irreversible and their character WILL die after said event, in this case Harbingers had either the option to die with Setherien, or live on after as a weakened Harbinger that got his powers from a small bloodshard, after the bloodshard was to be destroyed though, they'd die.

I kindly request anybody that still plays that character to kill him/her off just like the majority did, and agreed to, thank you.

I was told I could continue playing my harbinger as a weak lich-type creature that had a bloodshard as a phylactery, under the condition that destruction of the bloodshard would mean permadeath.

Shrug. If I had known that my character would get the middle finger later for doing this, i'd have avoided it. Too late now.

That's pretty much what I said, and I never knew you were a Harbinger, lol.

Elad's character is a normal mortal character now with no harbinger abilities so honestly what he RPs is none of your business.

However I do agree all former harbingers should be now dead or no longer be harbingers. It was a stupid antag anyways, let it die.

Whether he has his abilities or not is irrelevant, either be a weakened Harbinger or be dead, that's what we ALL agreed to, anything Harbinger related IS my business, common sense kid.

I wasn't really sure what you were asking, you seemed pretty vague. Are you telling us to kill off our ex-Harbingers or what?

That's what we all agreed to? You left the chat long ago, friendo. Things can change in the month or so you were galavanting off with the Lance before quiting. I told you i'd already gotten LM permission to keep on playing Haadi, and all the GM's I ever came across never saw a problem with it.

Why are you still talking about it? ALL Harbingers since the time after Gaius were demoted from GM were told they would not have to PK their character, but that they would be weakened and without even half the powers of before.

Elandriel got mortal again, no idea about Galendar's.

This really brought back some nostalgic feels about an axe being thrown into the wrong pit which led to a massive amount of PKs, including the one of OP.

(Jokes aside, if you agree on ["forced"] PKs, then go through with it to the end.)

That's the thing, because of the "massive amount of PK's uncluding the one of OP" the leaders and administration said "No, we're not forcing PK's on anyone" and so no one was forced to Pk.

If they're 'back to mortal', then yes, being a weakened Harbinger is fine.

I think you forgot the part where I lead the Harbingers the last two weeks of their existance alongside Kahzo, get your facts straight, from beginning to end we made this agreement and I'm merely trying to enforce it.

Weakened Harbingers, not mortal, as a LM you should know this.

Personally I agreed with teh original idea where when Setherien died you either become a lich like harbinger with limited power. Or PK your character. Though it has been a while as they have been RPing it. And it is kind of late news. My only issue is that character that do that are able to completely return to normal society with no penalty just acting as though it had never happened. But again it has been a long time. And really isn't a worry. To my knowledge all harbingers besides Elads and I believe Gal have either permad or like Timelord or Sapphire have become lich like creatures. Though I don't see anything being done Goldrim. If this really were to be a problem or to be fixed at the time. The easiest solution would be the mortals becoming lich like characters where they live off the bloodshard fueling them. But can maintain their normal body. But have no power.

PS: I believe all Harbingers had to have an agreement with the leaders of the antags that if the time came they would have to PK their characters and be mature about it. So the Admins saying essentially they don't want anyone to PK their characters shouldn't apply to them as they had already agreed if needed they would PK it.

You left before the end events of the Harbingers, and he was allowed to return as a mortal, as others did as well.

How is Elad's character who is completely disconnected from harbingers powers harmful to anyone by existing?

Furthermore how do you get off feeling you're entitled to tell people to PK characters?
