A Warning To Sympathizers Of Silver

"A notice to denizens of Athera, specifically those who sympathize with silver."

Depictions of a cavern with rivers of blood can be seen upon the notice.

"The nations witnessed recently the cowardice of the mali'aheral. Calling upon Bronze and its allies to make good on its ultimatums of war. Yet when we did, there were no mali'aheral to be seen."

A representation of a cavern wall, with a message carved upon the stone is seen next.

"Now, I have further displays of not only cowardice - but guilt and corruption as well. The culprits, mali'aheral.

A final image of the pools and their poetic and metaphors associated with them are seen here.

"The mali'aheral would have us believe that the pools fell away into depression because naked mali'aheral no longer visited them. This is ridiculous. Intentional tainting of a site hidden away beneath the city was likely an attempt to slowly kill those above. Those they could not face honorably in battle. If it was not due to the efforts of the Div'cruan working to repair the rubble of the city, we may never have found it.

Take notice of these acts, Atherans. If the mali'aheral did this to their own homes, what will they do to yours if they overstay their welcome? Allowing silver into the veins of your nation leads to a slow and painful corruption over time. From us here in Laureh'lin who dealt with them, served them for over a decade - I advise against sheltering them in the lands you call home.

I invite any who do not believe these images to come see the area for themselves before it is purged of taint.

-Phaedrus Lle'hileia, Annilir of the Elberu'cinhir and Laureh'lin"

"I sympathize for silver, for the Mali'Aheral of the age of Kalenz tarnished one of my favourite metals" Cries Syrin, at one of the posters.

Sylvie shouts up as she sees one of the posters "I see no reason for this, the wood elves say that high elves are racist, but they are racist towards high elves themselves. Hypocritism!"

I Iatrilemar Elervathar studied the pools since the beginning. Researching these pools and trying to find what knowledge I could from them. The pools were sacred just like an elder tree or a shrine to a deity, always flowing with crystalline water. However when the children of wood began their uprising the pools began to falter. No where in my warning did I post that they decayed due to a lack of care. The pools were more than cared for. As the wood elves continued their fit of rage they gave power to hatred, to darkness and quite literally to Iblees himself. The daemon who feeds off chaos was nourished by the strife the wood elves caused and in turn allowed Iblees into the heart of Anni'sul, the pools, allowing darkness to corrupt them. This is when we left the city. It had become tarnished. We chose not to fight because you let darkness taint silver walls and turn our sacred grounds to rubble. Had I the power to save the pools I would have. You all saw. You all watched as I was frozen in crystal. In that time I was attempting to save the golden pools, yet I alone failed.

We may have been following a corrupt fool.

We may have mistreated your kin.

But it was you who let the darkness in. It was you who allowed the shadow to engulf the light.

How long will you pretend Iblees isn't back? Will it be when you children are slain and your city crushed?

Stop feeding the chaos daemon.

((By the way it isn't taint exactly. The golden pools are literally rotted. You would need an Aengul to physically fix it. At least that is how these pools are being RPed))

"Both of your elven leaders are militarist, avaricious tyrants. Both of your reigns will be nothing but a tussle over empty halls tainted with the scorn of your despotic rule, a bunch of tiny stone rooms devoid of any life, unsuitable for families to be built or children to be raised because you engage in petty warfare over petty virtues rather than any endeavours for the betterment of your nation. Let the towers of silver crumble, part your ways, and leave Annil'sul and it's slew of flowery-named elven nations to rot. You will see peace and prosperity only when you shirk politics and return to family, like Malin would."

This note is pinned to a few boards 'round the elf capital.

Vykk Volaren looks at Iatrilemar's note "How did we taint them with our genocide of the high elves, when the high elves have waged genocide many times before us?" Vykk shakes his head "Hypocrites"

A short response is left beside Iat's.

"Why is it that darkness was not allowed in when children were brutally disintegrated in acid because of the color of their eyes?"

((Could druidic blight healing not fix rotting?))

"As the golden pools are destroyed maybe the toxic concept of purity will finally die away. A race that believes themselves inherently superior because they took a thousand year long bath in piss coloured water is an inherently flawed race, though those who don't believe themselves superior deserve to stand among the sane members of society."

A young Dark Elf happens upon the posters, and frowns slightly as she speaks to herself. "So you drew pictures of stuff, and it's automatically real? Cool!" She rushes off, suddenly in a hurry.

Taliyu returns shortly afterwards, and pins up a drawing of her own.

[[ For what purpose do these pools rot away? The fall of High-Elven reign should by no means connect with the dissapation if the pools - they are just large bodies of water imbued with a great sum of mana, are they not? Unless they are the creation of an Aengul who bound the pools to the subrace (which seems like a double-standard based on a botched "whose done worse" contest), I see little reason in their degradation. ]]

((I'm pretty sure they were borked when we got there. Although I may be incorrect lol))

A race that believes themselves inherently superior because they took a thousand year long bath in piss coloured water is an inherently flawed race, though those who don't believe themselves superior deserve to stand among the sane members of society."

"A race that believes it's justified to commit genocide because a select few played at the idea is inherently flawed. A race, which its culture is stripped away due to mix-breeding and incest is also inherently flawed. Purity isn't governed by how many lessers, or impures you're capable of killing, it's measured on the purity of your blood. Not how long you've decided to swim 'in a pool of piss', else those like yourself would be as pure as any Mali'thill, considering how long you lingered with the Delver-scum.

Leave your ignorance on the term purity, and act sensible. Purity offers pride to those who've kept to their culture, and have yet to delude their blood. There is a such thing as a Liberal, and Conservative High elf. The Mali'ame seek to punish the Liberal and Moderate due to the Conservative actions, and the Conservative leadership we've had for so long.

If you'd like to speak of a flawed race, and a flawed mentality, a Mali would only have to look down at their hands."
