Leader Name:  Ibe Hakale

 

Backstory: Ibe Hakale was a powerful warlord operating out of Nigeria, and his intentions to stage a coup were known by many. When Nigeria suffered conquest and then withdrawal, and warring states broke out, Ibe seized control, rapidly toppling the opposition and enforcing an almost Fascist Police State onto the country. He then led his forces across the weaker nations, so that his empire stretched from Cote d'ivoire to Nigeria. Ibe Hakale has long used a policy of Pan-Africanism to unify his people after their shameful defeat.

I realized that Iran is not my thing, and I don't want to step on Zanderaws toes.

 

I'd like to switch to Holland, quite the challenge.  BUT, if Belgium & Luxemburg is not taken, I'd like to play as 'Benelux'. Which is all three nations into one. I'm not sure if I need back story or re-use my application format, but let's just say that even today people still want it back.
