most of your union additions have no navy or have broken away. the swedes have been consolidating their navy + have the added strength of the german baltic fleet. as a mod I can't intervene here because it would be a conflict of interests, but you would not be able to invade poland across the baltic purely because your navy there cannot compete. 

 

also, if you try moving the one in the black sea, keep in mind who controls the entire black sea coast up until your Union Lands (METO)
