Militarization, mobilization, war? Tensions escalate as global powers militarize to the teeth. What changed after the collapse of the UN? We have here live in the studio , Max Keiser.

So Max, being a political activist in the Europe aftermath, you have been observing the movements of all the rivaling blocs. What have you seen for the past two to three years?

 

 

"Well what we are seeing here are superpowers with no boundaries. They have political monopolies over their army, their people and surrounding nations and all wish full expansion and to become the largest superpower present on the planet today. While it is common sense that two superpowers could be rivals, you can notice that war becomes inevitable. Those troops on all the borders are there for a very good reason, and there is no UN mandate to stop them."

 

Also in the studio today we have foreign politics analytic Mikhail Rousseff.

 

 

"Well Max here is claiming there are no boundaries , but I'd have to disagree with him there. Superpowers know that if war is declared , their nations will not remain the same. Old enemies managed to work together, take a look at the Russian Federation and the US. Still, aggressive politics from for example Iran and the SUNS show that a war is a possible reality we should all try to avoid.."

 

But is there a reason to doubt the rationality of the governments? What do you think, Rafael Hollis?

 

 

"Well here in the US we can notice tensions arising, and the propaganda machine is already on the run. Iran's sudden mobilization shows their true intentions, and I wouldn't be suprised if they participate in the European terrorism and violation of human morals in the Balkans. We have yet to see if our new partners in the field will keep to their promises, and help us if hell breaks loose. But my impression on the international politics is that it is spiraling out of control with all these rising imperialist regimes!"

Third Mexican Empire

 

Mexico's morale is at an all time high, their occupation of western Cuba and various other military successes have bolstered recruitment considerably. The recruitment drive done 3-4 years ago was a resounding success as an extra 500'000 frontline forces augmenting their 350'000 though only 100'000 of them are armed with Charlie Rays. The reserve personnel numbers only increase by an additional 50'000 though. Once again, Mexico prepares for war. Factories are sent into overdrive in an attempt to meet a quota of 900'000 Charlie Rays and 500 American Wolf Tanks (8 pages) to reinforce the Mexican army. The elite units are called from maintaining stability in the south and are shipped to Mexican Cuba in preparation of something big. The bulk of the army, numbering about 400'000, is positioned to defend the eastern coast.

 

Mexico begins to fortify and entrench the coastline, their congregation of dated ships begin patrolling the Mexican Gulf.  The Emperor meets with the US President, Henry Baker to discuss their strategy in the event of total war. Mexico also wishes to contend with the European powers in terms of technology and has begun to work on a few projects with their recently educated great minds, brought on by the widespread encouragement of public schooling. Mexico is not exactly reputed to being a leading technological power with genius scientists but it has improved considerably since the early 21st century to aspire to such bold undertakings like this. Using the same technology as the American Wolf Tanks and Charlie Rays, Mexico has begun to develop a suit of armour intended to be mobile and capable of high shock and weapon resistance. It would contain vital organ monitors, a communication device and incorporate American Viper Shades into its helm. Though, due to the Mexico's lacking research ability, the armour is not expected to be released until the next decade. This project is highly-classified, the only people aware of it are the Emperor himself and the USA who are asked if they would like to partake in this ambitious project (4 pages taken off time if USA does accept // P.S please tell me if this is powergamey and I will adjust it accordingly)

USA (Reaction Post):

 

As European leaders ready to meet with Baker in D.C, Baker sighs in relief. This entire situation started with a small dispute taking place in Finland and over the Mars mission, and almost caused an entire world war. Hopefully, it would be ended right here in D.C. The conference is room is cleared and Baker sits in the same chair that Sherman was dragged out of. He waits for delegates.

 

Baker and the Mexican Emperor had quite a discussion and their plan strengthens their resolve in case war breaks out. The U.S government starts joint military technological partnership with the Mexican empire and aids Mexico in building their Coraza. They are also offered a chance to help America with its newly advancing military technologies ((from last post)). If they do, they'd each get a share in the products.

French Conference Post

 

President de Guise is among the first to arrive at the conference, arriving late in the evening the previous day. The leader appears stoic as ever, a sly smile on his face as he enters the room. The French leader makes it clear to the American President his intentions.

 

"I am not here as I was last time, with the intention to declare war. I am here with the intention to make peace and prevent a devastating conflict from breaking out that may end civilian life as we know it on both sides of the Mediterranean. We hope that you may be able to control your Russian ally. We do not ask them to concede any territory, only halt their invasion of the sovereign state of Finland and end their aggression in the Polish Commonwealth and Baltic Union."

Mexico Reaction Post

 

Mexico eagerly accepts the USA's offer for technological collaboration and thanks the U.S for supporting their Coraza project. If interested, the US could acquire the schematics to assemble the Coraza if the prototype is successful.

Baker smiles at President de Guise as he enters the room, extending out his hand. After de Guise notifies Baker of his intentions, Baker smiles, nodding.

 

"I agree with you. If we can prevent World War III over such a small matter, than it is our duty to do so." He stirs his Coffee. "You know, America and Russia have never been on better terms, We've been collaborating, helping, and aiding each other, and only mere decades ago, we were bitter rivals. And, as a European, you well know that since the American revolution, the U.S and western Europe have never been on such worse terms.

 

I hope we can change this. The French helped us win our revolution against Great Britain, and we stormed the beaches of Normandy and freed France from Nazi rule in WWII. We think we are oh so different from one another, but in reality - we are nearly identical. That is why we can be great allies or bloodthirsty enemies. We are oddly attracted to one another. I will urge Russia to stop its expansionism and will help build its infrastructure. In exchange, we can all reach everlasting peace. What do you say, Monsieur?"

"Regardless of our histories, the present cannot be ignored. You must convince the Russian Premier to discontinue his expansionist policy and turn towards cooperation with Europe. Our nations cannot see any sort of peace without this being condition. The Russians must simply stop expanding. Should the Russians do so, all of METO will be willing to work with the NAC and Russia with a disregard for past hostility."

Good afternoon! I am Katy Pillbeam with today's news.

 

As the conference in D.C heats up, leaders come to their senses to avoid a total and catastrophic war.  The French delegation meanwhile stated it was not interested in war, but merely for a sovereign Finland. With us today are Martin Hawking, Dennis Washington & Pjotr Shevardnadze. Martin, is the French delegation using subtext?

 

 

 "Well Katy that is something we unfortunately will never know. You see, the French are one of the most advance nations currently in existence, having focused on technological progress since their administration came to power. They are not afraid to fight, especially with the METO backing them. However, I believe it is to send a message. You see, when Russia retreats from Finland, it means that Russia complied to France, which would give them a more.. Superior position in post-EU Europe."

 

 

Point made there Martin, France does seem on a crusade for superiority.. But what has Pjotr have to say to that?

 

 

"Well you see Miss Pillbeam , the French have a culture of prestige & glamour, and it would not suprise me if they still have that mentality today. But do not forget that the French also have a history of fighting wars they cannot win. The Russians are patriotic, dangerous people. The Americans are patriotic, dangerous people. Do know that when Russia and the US work together, you will not be the one who makes demands. Finland has been a part of a Russian merchant republic from 1400's, and was apart of Russia for even longer. The Finnish are pretentious when they state that their sovereign state is in danger, they are not sovereign."

 

 

Thank you for that insightful opinion Pjotr. Meanwhile outside the conference building in Washington D.C civilians protest for their government to keep the peace. Thousands of people around the world play the memorable peace song as they clog up the roads to the conference building which forms quite the sight at night..

Baker smiles, "Now, that was probably the easiest negotiation ever. Imagine going to World War III, when instead we could just have done this! I will ask Russia to start collaborating with Europe more. Maybe even join METO. Either way, I think Ivan knows this is a good plan, and all of us will benefit greatly from it.

A rapid increase in sightings of unknown airplanes has been registered by the international bureau of statistics today, as people take pictures of shadowy objects described as "Futuristic planes straight from an Avengers movie". With speculation all times high, the most prominent theory at this point is that these are American spy-planes preparing for an invasion, while others claim it is the Iranians that keep their magnifying glass on the population of the planet.

 

Tabloid magazines are meanwhile heated with putting the blame on Russia, who became aspired to initiate a Russian PRISM project, according to anonymous sources within those magazines.

A letter is sent out in public to every nation's leaders. Russia has finally agreed to terms.

"For long has our country been one built on bodies and ruthlessness. It is the only way one can survive in the frozen tundra of Russia. Many do not understand our ideals and see them as tyranny. However, those who try things with Western thinking in Russia are blown over like a snowflake in a blizzard. These are our people's terms.

The Slavic Union will stay as is and any caught attempt of a nation trying to dislodge nations from the Union will be doing so in direct violation of the treaty resulting in war.

Any gathering of troops of over 5,000 personal within 100 miles of the Union's borders will result in a direct violation of the treaty resulting in war.

Any embargoes of trade will result in a direct violation of the treaty resulting in war. Open trade will be made between every nation and the Slavic Union.

In return the Slavic Union shall agree to the following.

All troops shall be pulled out of Finland leaving it as an independent territory. Finland must remain independent and will not be allowed to join the Nordic States or METO.

All troops shall be pulled out of the Commonwealth of Poland.

The Slavic Union will end it's expansionist movements and work on a more domestic design to increase the stability of the Union.

Open trade will be made with each country providing raw resources.

These are the Slavic Union's only terms and are non negotiable. Signatures from each country will be needed in order for it to be passed. Until then, Russian troops will remain where they are in a ceasefire. You have 1 month to comply."

A man is dying on the floor of a depressed slum in the heart of Mumbai. He has been sick for days, but his family did not believe it to be much more than a common cold. He has been out and about, eating and interacting with the local population for the past week and a half. When using the bathroom, he relieved himself in the Mithi River. What he did not know was that he was infected with a new strain of Avian Flu.

 

The man would die.

 

 

And the son of a wealthy India businessman further downstream would play in the river, water splashing into his mouth, eyes, and nose. The son would kiss his mother and father and travel with them aboard a flight to Mexico City, Mexico.

 

The child would die in a Mexico City Hospital.

 

 

The child's mother was cheating on her husband. She had sex with a businessman in Mexico City the day before her son developed symptoms, a week before she developed symptoms. The mother, wanting to be with her family following her sons death, travels with her husband to be with family in New Delhi.

 

The mother would die in a New Delhi hospital three days later, after coming into contact with the entirety of her family and taking two connecting flights in Istanbul and Islamabad.

 

 

The businessman in Mexico City boards a flight to Washington D.C, he meets his wife and young son and kisses them both. He goes out to the bar with his friends later, gets drunk, and attends a party that includes over one hundred other people. Nearly everybody at the party is infected. He returns home and boards a flight to London.

 

The businessman dies in London four days later.

The international community would not know what hit it for several months, millions come in contact with infected people almost daily. The infectivity of the virus is nearly 80%.
