A warm Sun’s Smile day, a multitude of people gathering at a celebration of some sorts in the Cloud Temple lands. The atmosphere is simple at this gathering, various rows of chairs taken by many well dressed (I hope) people, from humans, dwarves, orcs, halflings and elves all awaiting in discussion. A wedding is happening at this spot, and at the end of it, a small Altar, where Spike, a dwarf elder monk awaits, in his traditional monk robes. Besides him, A purple haired man with long elven wears, wearing a long dark purple robe, with black jeans and grey boots with laces going up the sides. To make his outfit stand out on his right front pocket on his robe is a large, bloomed bright red flower with a few highlights, though it’s visible that the man isn’t accustomed to these type of clothes. This man is the groom, Daniel Nodal. Besides him where the best man would be, is instead an elven woman. White hair and fair skin with blue eyes, and wearing wearing a long leaf like dress, the frame of it being branches woven together, with big fresh leaves grown onto it to make the actual dress. She too doesn’t seem very accustomed to wearing a dress, and the both seem to make remarks to each other as they wait.

A calm flute song starts to be played at the side, and the crowd grows silent. From the end of the isle, a young woman comes. Prishe is her name, and she is wearing a long, lavender coloured dress, with a touch of black on the edges to top it off. The lavender colour matches her hair which is typed up in a lovely bobbin, with a few clips added to hold it in place, but they aren't noticeable! She is the flower girl, so she holds a branch woven basket with petals of different kinds! Behind her follows the bride, being taken by a talk and old dark eld. E'liz is his name, going for a bright colour. An azure coloured long robe, with a few grey designs woven into it. He wears dark black trousers as well as a white shirt and a hood sewed onto the back just to cover his face if needed.

The bride is Sherria, a plain looking human woman with brown hair and eyes, already seemingly reaching middle age. She wears a long beautiful white wedding gown that fits tightly around her body until it reaches her waist, this shows off a bump in her belly from being pregnant, then the dress drapes to down to cover her feet, but not so much that you can't see the tip of her matching heels. A floral pattern is embroidered on her dress to make it even more elegant and snazzy. All of this gives her some sort of glow. Daniel smiles as he sees her walk down the aisle, Sherria returning a sheepish smile back. E’liz releases Sherria’s arm at the end and gives her a small loving peck on the cheek before standing aside. The bride and groom stand next to each other as they turn to Spike.

The music stops, and Spike starts to speak. Of talks of the Triumvirate, love, and commitment, comes the time for the vows to be exchanged and the rings given. Daniel reaches into Prishe’s basket and seems to remove a purple flower from it. The flower was infact blooming from a wooden ring. He talks softly, no guests can hear it, yet those nearby, Spike, Prishe, E’liz seem to light a small smile as they hear, as well as Sherria. He places the ring on her finger at the end, and Sherria is the one to grab an identical flower from the basket. Once more she whispers her vows, but these ones seem to be her natural tone of voice, seems Daniel spoke softly so that she wouldn’t feel forced to speak louder. Daniel makes a very relaxed smile as she ends the vows, and places the ring on his finger.

As Spike pronounces them married, they reach to each other’s arms and kiss. After part of the crowd cheers, the kissing ends, and with it the ceremony.

Only after does the party starts. Around the altar, tables of food, an entertainer, and a big wedding cake made by Rivenza. A heavily stacked, extremely large red velvet cake with white frosting with smaller, oddly carefully  and delicately made flowers of colored frosting. Besides it, many sweets of all types are spread for dessert, Apple pies, Caramel apples, Banana Cream pies, Camel drool which is a weird sweet milk pudding. Yet many think the bride and a few of the guests won’t hold and eat from that table before the dinner is complete. For dinner there would be moutain salmon fish stew with mashed potatoes, followed by the meat course, which the person could chose between wild boar roasted in an oven with apples, tender veal steaks from Petrus farmlands with steamed carrots, and barbeque giant spider meat… weird.

The guests start socializing in this party, eating to their hearts content, with Ologs being given large amounts of other types of food, since they eat so much and don’t actually taste what they eat.

((A thank you to Beth for the dresses details, Zeromaster for the image, and alex for the wedding cake details.))

Prishe would come with a new what it seems to be a very flowery dress, she takes her place by her mother with a big smile to her parents. "I'm so happy mommy!" she squeaks.

Sherria wraps an arm around Prishe with a soft giggle, planting a kiss on her head. "S-so am I, l-little one~" she agrees, giving Prishe a gentle squeeze. "G-go ahead, I-I'm sure your f-friends... a-are around here s-somewhere~" She takes a look about at the attendees, meekly bowing her thanks at whoever makes eye-contact with her.

A Dwarf clad with a bronze mask and metal arms stops by for a moment, his fair white hair trails out from his mask. Bardel waits until Daniel notices him and nods. Making sure he acknowledges that he at least bothered to show. But then he does not hang around for long. Attending a wedding in the name of the maker was an act against Khorvad and punishable by death. So the stout Dwarf wanders off back to the mountain of Kal'Agnar. Back to the Khorvadic empire. Most of the guests probably wouldn't have noticed his presence.

A towering figure lumbers through the crowd, towards Sherria. The woman is almost hard to make out, but to anyone who knows her there's no mistaking Illah. The tribal scars all over her body crackle with various colours of light. She leans heavily on her staff as she walks. She's not old by any means, not even middle aged. Though she looks like sleep is no longer her friend, and that she's not met him for many days.

She looks down at Sherria, visibly trembling from something, one would notice from that close. She smiles weakly down at her.

"U-Ug, Aunteh...Congratulazhunz..." She leans down to whisper into her ear. "Mi purzunaleh wud hab chozun a difrunt purzun, bud...wull, mi nub a zhara zu mebbeh idz difrent." She chuckles, standing up.

A visible warping of what could be argued as reality, as if looking through the steam of a hot fire, seems to be hanging around Illah, as if she's being chased by a ghost. The entire area starts to decrease in temperature rapidly, unnaturally, accompanied by a static humming in the air.

Illah frowns, grimacing. She mutters something under her breath.

Beth shifts slightly in her spot as they wait for the bride, murmuring to Dan. "This is pretty nice, having a wedding at the Temple. But I'm so going to get payback for you making me wear this, bridesmaid." She grumbles. Once the flute starts being played she nods to Dan. "Good luck."

At the end of the ceremony she grins, whistling to the couple.

At the beginning of the party Beth congratulates Dan before taking a seat beside Kaelia, kissing her cheek. She blinks a few times when she sees all the food, cursing under her breath. She devours whatever food was given to the guests in the party, not caring about manners, because it's Dan's wedding after all.

During the party she pokes a few people, grumbles during a few conversations, shouts when someone says something that annoys her, has many silly arguments with people, which she won, or at least thinks so. She also talks to Dan and Fluffy the Ghost, as well as a few other people and is caught by Dan when she tries to sneak away from the party to get changed out of the dress she had to wear, so.. basically the usual. It was a pretty good day.

"I-Illah~" She reaches up to hug the uruk tightly. "I-I've missed you s-so... I-I'm glad y-you're... a-alright..." She smiles weakly, pulling away a bit to talk properly without actually letting go. "...I-I know... y-you don't app-pprove of D-Daniel... a-and I'm s-sorry... I-I just h-hope... D-Dani can f-forgive me..." She holds the small smile, sniffling a bit from both the happiness of the occasion and the memory of her old flame. "...H-how are t-things...?" She would try to start a conversation with her, not having seen her for such a long time. So much to catch up on.

Carver has an inkling that Dani might be around... Who is she kidding. If she could be around, she would. There's no stopping that crazy woman. She sighs internally, intent on staying inside for a good long while. No reason to be out, and Sherria wants to experience every moment of her pregnancy.

"Dey iz horribul, aktuleh...agh..." grimaces, glancing up at gathering storm clouds, then back to Sherria. "Momo haz bin hauntin mi, mi tinkz...eidur dat ur mi iz gun crayzeh wid greef..." Sighs. "D-Dani..." She looks down sadly, pursing her lips. "...W-w-will you... b-b-be alr-right, l-little one...?" Despite the obvious size difference, she can't help but refer to Illah that way, seeing her as her daughter. "...W-will D-Dani be alr-right...?"

Carver observes the cloudy skies. Not exactly a great omen, especially on a wedding day... No, don't fawking jinx it. She listens for now, not too happy that Sherria's mood had to be spoiled like that... but she had to face this sometime.

"Mi wull bi fyne, Auntee...she'z-" Sharp cracking can be heard in the air, as if glass is starting to crack and fall apart. "hrm..." She glances up at the sky.

Kaelia squeals happily as the two are finally married, she runs up to give Dan a hug before looking around wanting to introduce herself to Sherria "Where is she at?"

A bit farther a way, a lone dark elf watches the wedding in silence, a small tear rolls down her cheek as the flute begins to play. She quickly sprints off, unable to stay and watch this any longer.

An elysian half-elf's withered old specter grumbles, wondering how this one woman has outlived him so. He faintly wishes congratulations, without speaking a coherent word or even entering the celebration as he idly sits on a hillside and observes.
