Rowan disgustedly spits, "No man worse than one whom goes back on their words..." He sharpens his blade against a whetstone, leaving a gutted corpse behind him.

The Imperial Prince Viktor Carrion hears word of the dwarves' declaration of neutrality, giving a light sigh as he remains seated at his desk.

"So those who Carrion and good Orenia came to aid of will not come to aid of ours. Pity."

Sonn Ander shrugs his shoulders as he walks the walls of Petrus with his guard...Jeff the Halfling. He jests

"It's a good thing the dwarves aren't coming. They wouldn't be able to see over the battlements anyway."

0 Treaties signed in this situation.

The Imperial Prince Viktor Carrion takes a copy of the treaty, circling two particular terms with his quill.

"-No signatory nation shall engage in offensive war against another signatory nation or it's vassals.

-All signatory nations shall immediately respond to an invasion of another."

Accompany the treaty, he writes his own letter aside it. He then slides the paper into an envelope, addressing it back to the Grand Kingdom of Urguan.

"To the Grand Kingdom of Urguan,

As you may see in the attached treaty, a treaty that your nation hosted the signing of, you did in fact make an oath to defend our borders if they were to come under attack from a foreign power. We certainly adhered to these terms, sending our full force to reclaim the city of Kal'Agnar from the Ironborn Clan. It is only now that we Carrions come beneath an outside threat that you fail to answer.

This is not a war we wished to fight, nor one we had ever hoped for. We are a peaceful kind who have done our best to defend the descendents from the blight of the undead scourge . Now however, outsiders have deemed us worthy of an invasion. Maric is a Knight who has dishonoured his oaths and barricaded himself behind the walls of a keep bestowed upon him by our Emperor's hand. A man who has seen fit to bring chaos upon humanity, all for the purpose of his own self-serving lust for power.

If you are any true sons of Urguan, I would implore you to reconsider your stance of neutrality, and honour your agreements.

- Imperial Prince Viktor Ostrovic Sarkozic Carrion."

Ryn wonders if the treaty applies when one nation is fighting itself... She shrugs and walks on, "Hope they destroy themselves..."
