Founded as a unified military organization which is stretched across the borders of the Canonist Defense Union. The idea of a Legion finds it’s roots in the radical Marshal Vibius de Sola who instituted many reforms to reformat the Chivay military. His ideals have spread across the human realm and led to the creation of many regiments which followed the format.

The recent CDU treaty led to a small clause that the rulers signed in which they agreed to a unified military to act as united force against the foes of Humanity.

1st Adrian Regiment

 

 

Hailing from the March of Adria the Montfort-Vladov reserves are both skilled in war as they are in craft. Montfort Knights on horses while the  elite Vladovic foot soldiers fight side by side. Even though their numbers are low, they fight just as fiercely as their enemy. These men are always outnumbered, but never outgunned. They stand strong ready to fight for Humanity side by side with their brethren.

2nd Akovian Regiment

 

 

The Akovian reserves are some of the most versatile warriors available to humanity. The Akovian tradition of citizen soldiers, rather than full time professional warriors results in a military force of being completely self sustainable, as it is composed of all manner of craftsmen and farmers. Not completely lacking skilled fighters, many veterans of the Blackmont-Teutonic and Carrion campaigns reside in Akovia. Though retired, these able men are always prepared to again raise the sword when the Kingdom is in need.

3rd Savoyard Regiment

 

 

The Savoyard regiment is comprised primarily of the Order of Saint Amyas, revitalized under Richard de Bar, who was a comrade and ally of Vibius'. His tenure as Grand Master saw the order become a grizzled military force renowned for their faith and renewed rivalry with the Orcs. Various Hedge Knights also make up Olivier de Savoie's personal retinue.

Global Leadership
 

Each Regiment holds complete authority over their region of Humanity. Lead by a Marshal then has two commanders directly under him. These Marshals make up a small council called the Military Household, who work together to fight their enemies.

Statement from the Waldenian Embassy, Petrus:

 

We wholeheartedly condemn the formation of the Orenai Legion as a threat to the sovereignty of the states of the Mardonic League and frown heavily on Savoy's abandonment of its principles of mutual defence with Petrus and Werdenberg.

 

We thusly call for the disbandment of this divisional matter and hope that a restoration of the peace is made, as opposed to this preparation for war against the free peoples of Athera.
