ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

I wish I had known about the distilled water thing sooner. I didn't realize that, and i've been experimenting so much to find the right potion mixes.

Edit: A bit of a pain that it requires 3 separate skills, on top of alchemy. The herbs are, in general, worth more than the actual potions. Hard to buy too.))

Thanks a bunch for this guide! the only thing I can ask is the topic of gathering materials, because I can't break blocks outside of Haelun'or on my Alchemist alt. Thank you!

To gather alchemy ingredients you need to... break blocks =P.

There are three other professions you might need to get ingredients, farmer, fisher and lumberjack. Probably in at least Adequate level. After that you either fish, break the buttom block of a tree, or till grass (till a lot of grass I heard) to get the ingredients, all this in different biomes.

Edit: Some discoveries on where and what you get in terms of profession and skill in them.

Tilling grass in plains at adept level farmer: 10 stone hoes = 4 goblin Ivy

Tilling grass in swamp at adept level farmer: 10 stone hoes = 1 alabaster leaf

Tilling grass in taiga at adept level farmer: 10 stone hoes = 5 alabaster leaf

Tilling grass in rooted forest at adept level farmer: 10 stone hoes = nothing

Tilling grass in forest hills at adept level farmer: 10 stone hoes = nothing

Breaking tall grass in Forest at adept level alchemist with a stone hoe: 1 stack bonemeal = 5 crouching feather

Breaking tall grass in Swamp at adept level alchemist with a stone hoe: 1/2 stack bonemeal = 6 Blood Lotus

Breaking tall grass in Plains at adept level alchemist with a stone hoe: 1/2 stack bonemeal = 4 Blood Lotus

Breaking tall grass in Extreme Hills at adept level alchemist with a stone hoe: 1 stack bonemeal = 7 Frost Vine

Methinks that Farming version of herbs is very unbalanced compared to Lumberjack and Fishing, that seems like waaaay too much work for little profit.

Made an update on the main post.

Stoneskin potion is added to archemy (Resistance III, Slowness II and "Can't jump" for 3 mins), next up is Greater healing potion (Instant Healing III, Slowness II 20s).

Greater potions must be done in this order: Water Symbols then Fire Symbols then Air Symbols then Earth Symbols. If a potion has, for example, 2 air symbols, 1 fire symbol and 2 earth symbols, first you place the fire symbols, then the air symbol, then the earth symbol. All greater potions start with Aqua Vitae.

Thought I forgot about this did you? Well I didn't, I just didn't have Lark as a GM anymore to do my dirty work, so I was slower.

New potion added: Frost Oil

I swear it has use...

Even thought it's an oil, it starts with Aqua Vitae. Adding more bases would make it more complicated.
