Order: The harbinger of cooperation and prosperity amongst elven kind. As opposed to disorder and lawlessness, which brings the ultimate decay as seen in the days of Malinor and the harrowing days after its fall.

It is the proclamation of Haelun'or that the Forests of Fiandria be no longer traversed by vagabonds, random migrants and all manner of undocumented travelers. As is evidenced by the Treaty of Fiandria this land belongs to the mali'aheral. As a consequence they may legislate and enact laws upon it as they wish.

It is the requirement of Haelun'or that all who pass through Fiandria be documented.

It is thus that the Silver State of Haelun'or is scornful of the bridge which the citizens of Cerulin have made to circumvent Haelun'or's own management of its own territory. It is thus the following requirement is made to the government of Cerulin: The bridge and path which lead to Fiandria must be deconstructed within two elven days. Furthermore they must, without objection, accept Haelun'or's right to seal Fiandria at the points which it still remains open with its Grand Hedge. Failure to comply will be considered a violation of the Treaty of Fiandria— For they fail to respect Haelun'or's sovereignty over the Forest. Their illegally constructed path allows undocumented elves to pass.

A lawless state is of no benefit to elven kind, for it merely perpetuated the chaos that brought elven kind to its knees during the horrific days of Malinor.

"Enact laws on /me/? Let us see if they continue to do so when I drain the life out of those imbeciles." A darkened figure speaks, an aura of decay and rot hanging by the Lich's skeletal frame before it slinks away retreating once again into the shadows of Fiandra.

Veren snorts in disdain as he reads the notice

"Fools! You /actually/ think Fiandria is going to stand for this? That forest belongs to and listens to /no/ being. Good luck with your 'documentation.'"

He giggles softly, walking off into the forest by way of the Cerulin path.

Lilliana sighs. "Its hard enough to get through the Cerulin gate when I wish to make deliveries. Now I have to go through the Mali'ahearal one too? Is there any way you can either make the gates /always/ open or make a citizen door? My farm suffers from both of your idiocies.

Vierna prepares the explosives in her tower, humming quietly.

"You think you own the forest? You are mistaken. No one owns the forest but nature itself." The Blood Druid laughs.

"The bridge itself is not physically in Fiandra therefore, the Naysayer has no right nor claim to the land being built upon and cannot claim the bridge being constructed as is breaking of the treaty for it is not in land controlled by their people and Kalenz is but acting beyond his power, for that, his statement would be null and void. Besides that, it would be best if the haelun'or folk actually documented the land  they own or the officials of both states said what land is which. Since currently there is no documented map detailing the land both nations think they own, aye? T'is but a circle of folk wanking it to one another to how much land they think they own whilst bullying their kin.. Gah.. What arsehats."

Beranabus says as he gets whim of the edict the high elf simply shakes his head before returning to his home.

Pirasir folds the edict into his breast-pocket and engages in the closest figure of authority of the hallowed cihi. He inquires the following:

"Will there be, therein the forest of Fiandria, an organized group of aheral who will endeavor to enforce this edict? When laws are made, they ought always be enforced lest in our laxity will future laws be made mock of and opposed with the foresight that said future laws will also not be enforced."

Cheza shakes her head. "This is nothing but oppressive high elves trying to cut off all access to Cerulin. The bridge isnt' even in Fiandria and thus they have no say over it. If they do remove it what next? Ban swimming across the river? They're just sore in the arse that no one wants to go through their gate of death."

The pale elf then makes plans to stock up on rowboats.

A message is sent to the Sohaer from Laureh'lin.

"The recently made road from Cerulin to the Stone road was not the official one which has been planned. Given its placement over the path which existed before even the farm previously here did, it is likely that some passerby or deed-doer took it upon themselves to build such a thing.

As for the bridge in question, it is built on lands that we do not own, by hands that are not ours. We've made attempts to purchase the land owned by the Mali'ker, but those have failed. It may be prudent to join efforts in making an offer, or to use force.

In any case, we are prepared to cooperate.
