The issue is it was never ment to be 'your' mine. It was officially classed as 'Wilds Mine 2' but happened to also be put into a nexus region plot. Alras and Akovia both were guilty of sealing it up and declaring it 'MINE!'.

Same goes for the other wilds mine, The one next to Hanseti which was Wilds Mine 1.
