Society of Artisans

 

The Engineering Corps strives to better the society of Haelun’or and produce new and intriguing concepts to better the maer’sae hiylun’ehya. It is the Annilir’Tuferir of the Engineering Corps’s pride that the proposition for the Society of Artisans has begun.

 

 

To better the maer’sae hiylun’ehya, progress and health must be advanced in new ways. This proposition, if accepted, will revolutionize progress and surge the Mali’aheral forth. It is not the Mali’thilln’s wishes to focus on material gains, however it this bread that we live and prosper on. The lethargy of the Mali’aheral has been taken into account and fully realized. Prosperous times have washed over us, but darker ones must be prepared for.

 

It is by this that the Society of Artisans would be established. All Mali’aheral who are a citizen that does not find themselves within a government role within Haelun’or is highly encouraged to join the organization. In effect, all Mali within the silver cihi should take part of this Artisan society. It is the fires of productivity that fuel the maer'sae hiylun'ehya. The art of craftsmanship shall be focused upon, and refined goods sent to Haelun’or are transcribed into wondrous material. This proposition has been approved by the Silver Council for voting. With this establishment of the idea, terms are henceforth declared:

- The Society of Artisans will focus on all craftsman professions and exclude labor professions, being made up for with raw materials bought outside the cihi or gathered within.

 

- The Artisan Society is to sell high quality goods. Two forms of this is enacted, be it orders from nations/organizations or the personal merchanting of goods.

 

- The Artisan Society is to split up the divisions into Masters and Apprentices, and then into their respected professions. A percentage of profits will go into the training the Apprentices through materials. Each master can have an upwards of three apprentices to train, more if needed.

 

- Profits will be evident with either extra raw goods to cover costs, Mali’aheral keeping a percentage of the refined goods for themselves, or flat mina rates. All excess profits not necessary to the Masters or Apprentices shall directly go to the Engineering Corps for storing.

 

- To gain housing and library privileges or keep them, oem must partake in the Society of Artisans or an equally active guild within the Mali'aheral. Mali'aheral who do not partake in any guilds, organizations, or productive roles should not be allowed the compliments of society.

 

- All existing establishments tailored towards a specific profession shall be encouraged to join into the Society of Artisans, and if integrated, their own profit ventures are completely permitted.

 

- Proper places of dwelling and establishments are to be immediately built if the proposition is to be accepted by the general populace.

The purpose of the proposition is to expel lethargy within the silver cihi, promote craftsmanship and communion ((RP)), and provide a means of providing for ourselves by establishing the Society of Artisans. This is an undertaking provided from the Tuferiran, Engineering Corps. If the proposition is accepted, it will be implemented by said party.

Decide the future, lliran! The prosperity of the Mali’aheral may lie within this proposition. The time is now to vote. Votes will be tallied in two elven days.
