Please admit that you've actually fucked up, Staff. For the love of all that is holy, please. My irrational anger will not cease in the near future.

I don't want to have to write a paper for a bunch of ******* shitlords, who have no idea what they're doing themselves, so I can do something as menial as roleplaying a character on an RP server. nu1RYN6.png

Am I gonna have to bullshit an entire app so I can kill a guy or do something morally ambiguous without being banned?

Wtf are you doing adding back VA's, dont you learn from ******* mistakes, I aint writing some dumb ******* long ass app to do RP, You have to have some sort of disorder to actually add VA's and not realize that it is a horrible addition. Like, It's like breaking your arm, and breaking your arm again on purpose after, IT SUCKS IT DOESNT WORK. If you want the server population keep these ******* additions because they STINK.

I'm not against the application systems myself, personally I always saw it as less of a restriction and more a sort of screen, an automated system of constructive feedback with your character, and how to define and develop their various traits, goals, etc. It was a hassle to write, that's true, but it did make me consider things I previously never would have thought of otherwise when developing my character in either a magical or villainous path.

If other people saw it that way, this outlash might not be as great.

But, again, why was 501 considered for the villain lead? The only thing I've seen him do villain-wise, on a leadership scale at that, has been the Undead. We know how that went. The pool of GMs you could have chosen from is far greater, was it because he's not doing a lot now and someone had to? I don't understand that choice.

******* christ can't do anything interesting without an application now.

This

this is ridiculous.

if this is about people abusing magic and villainy just- ****. This is what we're supposed to have the blacklists for.

jesus christ on a bike /why/. All of the other things that could be worked on and /this/ is the change that is made??

Watch as all the PVP faction people up and leave in a dash.

Jokes aside, I actually support the return of VAs, not only because said application forces a player into fleshing out something unique and not only "die heathen scum, gimme pix", but it will also most likely bring back proper bandit RP once more, like the good ol times. And hey, if you can't be arsed to write a few sentences as to why your character commit the crimes he or she does, you should not be doing said crimes in the firstvplace.

As for MA, idc. Whatever floats ya boat.

And why the heck are so many people freaking out? lel.

Yeah, but most people, who have established themselves as villains, don't want to redevelop their character just to prove they're a competent villain role player.

Also, the 'screen' produced a lot of cliche ezio-esque roofjumpers. Just because you write down a bunch of bullshit traits for your character does not mean that you actually act on those traits.
