Those types of FRPs don't typically last. Meanwhile our Nation RP is starting to pick up again, and I'd be willing to opening it up to people who want to play more of a character based sorts of things. Obviously you wouldn't be an individual, but you would have the opportunity to play a corporation of your making or otherwise some type of organization. 

I don't think two RPs, regardless of their differences, would go that well. Especially one of this kind that depends very heavily on large moderation and consistent activity. Ours, meanwhile is beginning to get some of the sci-fi elements that will interest this group, and although not a single person one may allowed to play a CEO of a major global corporation acting as a non-state organization. 

One example of a non-state group in our game that has become significant would of course be ISIS, or the Order of St. George, or the Reclaimers. I don't want our FRPs to leech activity from one another, and I personally don't see this one as an FRP that can maintain the activity that others might.

Z3r's RP was very, very well done... To be honest, I was thinking of asking for permission to restart it or something like it at sometime or another, get a couple of well in-tuned moderators on board to make regular, quick responses. Perhaps create a Skype chat to keep things in check and monitor activity.

BUT.

 

Eheh... There's already another very major FRP going on, Nightfall, and what Pok said is right unfortunently. It could split our activity.

 

And I will say that the average life expectancy of a one-character RP usually isn't more than a week or two, though extra moderators might fix such a problem.

Personally, I think it would be a great idea to open up Nightfall to one character RPers as well, and allow nation players to act as their own moderators within their nations. It would give us something more to post about, and add flavor to the RP.

Perhaps players could play astronauts on one of our many space expeditions, or perhaps a spy working for one of our many intelligence agencies (the NCR, MI6, KBG, etc), or any number of things really.
 

I'd consider Pok's offer if I were you, as this really could work well... Organizations work well, and adding a few more player-based organizations could be quite intriguing.

I'm actually pretty sure that if people wanted to join as single characters in nightfall they could. If it was executed well it could add a lot of flavor.

But I'm voting no on a second RP, it always ruins everything.

I'd be willing to allow players to apply as soldiers, spies, CEOs of large corporations (not like Coca-cola or anything, but like PMCs, arms manufacturers, major organizations, etc. You can make it up). I'd be open to suggestions as well for Nightfall. 

I would assume it would work something like this:

Player applies for say, a spy.

They pick what nation they want to be a spy for. They post about their activities within the state they are assigned, and I (or another assigned mod) will create events for those characters will on their mission. Nation players will be able to send commands on their spies, and I wouldn't see a problem with letting a spy go rogue or something. 

I think it would be a pretty interesting concept, but I can't force you not to make a second one.

I miss singular character roleplays! Those were the best...anyone remember that one uh...Multi-Dimensional Character base where you could be any character from any like game/reality thingy? O-o I think Alpine you did that rp? If you did I miss that so much it was amazing

Here's a list of stuff people/groups you could be in the NCR.

 

National Defense Endeavour (NDE) The spy and assassin network led by the NCR. Responsible for the assassination of the Union State president, arming Iran against the Caliphate and possibly saving part of their country from complete annexation. Also the ones to provide the Afrikan Union with weaponry and tech in the early years of its creation. 

 

Responsible for stealing a formula for anti-laser armor in Japan and various acts of espionnage and sabotage in Caliphate-Occupied Iberia and the rest of Europe. I'm perfectly all right with someone acting as a spy or an assassin in that group.

 

S.P.E.A.R is the NCR space program, in combination with Australia and the Confederate States of America. They are, according to NCR history the first group to put humans on Mars. (Japan did it first though). The group of astronauts on Mars consists of a Shwarz Polizei (NCR secret police) commisar with a degree in physics, a biologist with a degree in surgery, a veteran airforce pilot and an astrophysicist.

I'd be willing to let players play as British spies under MI6 (Bond xD) or Europan Moon Expidition astronauts under the British Space Agency of the Imperium Britannia as well.

If Pok will let me, I'd even make my own little personal events in cooperation with he and/or other nation players to keep interest too and keep things going.
