[Build Request] Wizard Tower + Money Reward

I need a wizardly tower built asap. I am willing to pay $5-10 CAN or something for the build since I lost all my items when I was banned.

I have a few requirements for the build, these things must be incorporated into the build in someway. 
- Top floor study + some sort of glass window good view thing idk
- Library
- Chill area/Lounge bottom floor
- Golem closet (literally just a closet somewhere)
- 2 small rooms
- Lab

The place is supposed to look magical, feel otherworldly. Use mushrooms on the floor because no wizard has time to clean an old tower. Vines wherever. Yknow.

I prefer it built by someone with MM experience or the like mainly because the build will be placed within human land and must be acceptable in terms of looks. This is just a preference mainly, the build is on human land so I just rather it 'blend' well with surrounding builds but it isn't too important.
