But since the inception of the ET, I have always felt that they are so much more. They are or should be the lifeforce of this server. All the dynamic roleplay that the LMs or GMs devise, who executes it? The ETs. Who brings written words on paper forms into the server of LOTC? The ET. You are the only team that does not have a simple right or wrong, and that makes you all unique. It makes you all challenging, and special. I remember selecting the best team I could ever have back in June 2014, before the end of Setherian. You guys are all monsters in your own right, and I respect that. Its been an entire year since, and I think all of my old staff has since left the team. I miss all of you, but the memory lives on. To the new ETs, I ask you to let me try my hand again at turning this around, for old time's sake. Which is what the ET needs :/ For quite some time I've heard the ET have been disorganized, have scraped through and are managing to make more events happen as of recently but making events happen isn't what the ET should be. As Kai put it, and was always my belief as well, the ET should be one of the most prominent teams on the server because they directly affect the players on a personal level, and have freedoms to create content for them. There is no one better suited in teaching these young new padawans the way of the rice fields. But sad most of the old ET is gone, I admired the collection of talented individuals Kai amassed. Also can the admins stop electing GM's leads of teams, who have no experience in said team whatsoever, or electing managers or higher tier members of teams just because they're GM's? That's what got you guys in that shat position to begin with. There were people far more qualified, or deserving of that leadership position than the random elected GM to supervise the ET. Also, the ET should be treated on equal par as the GM team when it comes to the ET's respective creative rights in their role in the server, when it comes to overlap the ET should have power over GM's when it comes to events, unless the event isn't boding well with server rules or going against any of the rules that need to be enforced by GM's.
