I have been on lotc for like, 2 years now, and it seems that I have no one on the server besides a select few that would count them as an aquatints. Neverthelessless a friend. If is quite annoying my past lotc actions have come to be my defining person when in accually, I have become a decent role player. And also because of my past actions it apparently means my lore writing is now bad.

Don't deny it those who dislike me.

I don't really have any opinion of you but I can and will criticize your, to be frank, 'trash' lore submissions. Just because someone thinks your idea(s) aren't suitable for the server does not mean they dislike you or have some prejudice against you.

Yeah I greatly disagreed with the redstone cannons but everyone has different opinions on where the lore should go, I don't think anyone is going to dislike you for yours. And as for friends, I have been on this server for five years, and I can count the friends I have made on one hand. They are from all different nations and groups though, maybe you haven't found your "home" so to speak. Have you tried branching out your RP to different races and groups?

Just like Bogrin, I have very few true friends in LotC, and they are the ones that either hunted me down RPly just to get to know me, or otherwise.

 

It really comes down to groups, you have to find your 'place'.

Internet communities tend to be unforgiving, it is easy to hate when there is such a disconnect. Perhaps you could look into the Orks? They are having a rather interesting event in the works it would seem and it could be a chance to forge some good friendships.

If you want to add something, first you ask people and then make a forum post about it or just submit the post in the suggestion forums. Cause you posted a bunch of stuff in the roleplay section that make no sense.

Mate, no one 'hates' you. Any roleplay posts that I might've made on your threads were purely roleplay, and nothing more. The threads themselves were as some above have said, quite random and didn't make any sense with how the Kingdom was currently going. I'm sure if you tried making another dwarf, joined a clan and perhaps joined the Legion or a workforce then you'd forget all about this 'Hated' mindset. Heck, there has been people on the server who seemed to 'hate' me then not a week later we were cracking jokes together as if nothing were ever wrong!

 

Here's a better map on how to get set in-game:

 

1. Start a new character, go fresh and clean.

 

2. Join a group or your racial nation. Get in good with them and have fun, once you're here you won't care what others say.

 

3. Play your character out and develop his/her story, and if you ever get comfortable with him/her to start your own group, go for it!
