A Disgruntled Reply from a Eunuch.

*A large piece of parchemant is put up on the cloud temple noticeboard, written in Quavinir's blocky handwriting.

"Dear Reader whom is hopefully a paladin of  Xan, tis I Quavinir writing this."

"It would seem there has been a massive, and peeving misunderstanding. Apparently you guys think I've betrayed you or some ridiculousness, which it seems to be the opposite. Likewise, it is very miffing that you condemn me for keeping things from slaughter, claiming I did such to 'save my own skin', which I call you out and call complete and utter horse-crap. If I wished to save my own skin from these homunculi I would have let you destroy them, and if anything I seem to be acting in direct detriment to my own survival.

My interests in calling off the attack (that I can remember, I only remember making my way to Ekren, it would seem that there I... died?)  were in forgiveness. These homunculi which /I/ had informed you about (all the information you had on them was from me, I was the one that informed all the clerics about them, their names, what they look like, all of it, because I myself was hunting them down.) were being lied about. I was misinformed by the creator of my own body (Which I should note, I actually have a soul, and that was the reason I was told they all wanted me dead.) that these creatures killed many, and had ill-will upon all. Yet upon talking to them, they were reasonable, and fearful. They were developed in mind and body, and simply wished for a chance to continue to survive. I learned this in a conversation with them at the cloud temple, and they wished me no ill harm as they sat and spoke with me. I myself leary of them threatened that if this was a lie I would end them all, yet than- I recieved a letter, from Elvira. It was to organize the death of the two sitting infront of me within half an elven hour. I asked the two what they were doing in half an hour, and they explained what. I realized that even these two creatures I had believed to be heartless and evil, had simply and trivial things in their lives. They were like you, or me, save- particularly apathetic to interests of romance.

I myself, as the one that had brought this whole shenanigan about resolved to go and fix it. I would call off the attack, explain why, yet explain the warning I gave, hopefully staying in contact with the homunculi to sic the paladins and clerics on them should they prove to be lieing.

That didnt seem to work, did it?

Now in this mess, all I can hope to do is do my best to end this silly conflict that I have created. I ask for a chance to meet, and talk with you guys, to atone, and fix whatever problems I caused. I am so tired of things being fixed by fighting and your wish to fix problems that way only makes you seem as a stupid child who cant use their words, rather hitting and yelling sonorous babbles to deal with your problems. Really, its annoying.

I'm offering a chance to fix all this bloodlessly, whether to reparations, through simply understanding eachother, or just through us agreeing not to mess with eachother.  I just want this fixed. I already talked with Elvira, and she's on the same page, so lets actually talk this out for once.

-Quavinir.

P.S You guys seem to still think I dont have a soul. Ask your ascended people. I do. I aint like the other homunculi. I can love and all that fun jazz.

P.P.S My accent is Nar-Deefahn, Aegis.

P.P.P.S I looked like this as a human, save without the pointy ears... Aint really that nice to call it warped.

"He'd almost have an argument, if not for the fact the lesser homunculi they create are mindless, violent, and have attacked multiple people, the fact that Quavinir was not our only source of information...and he's not a very good one, considering his vague references to 'the one who made his body' and all that rubbish.

Not to mention the fact Quavinir ruined a year's worth of work all because he bit into the lies they told him about all their innocence.

Oh, and the fact that their work requires bodies to perform, regardless of source... and all that is disregarding my personal feelings of the heresy they are committing trying to make a 'perfect being'. So I suppose he doesn't have an argument, and anyone who bites into it is a fool. You cannot believe everything something like that tells you.

Not to mention Belegar's brother was forcibly taken from him, killed, and turned into the being now known as Lotho. I doubt Daniel willingly turned himself into such a being either. No, it is a mercy to cleanse them.

As for Quavinir himself, he will be turned into Grand King Kardel, so long as Kardel wants him. And Quavinir admitted that he only went to speak to the Homunculi Prohan and Lotho to try and get them to stop hunting him; This has always been about saving his own skin for him. He didn't ever intend to stop the violence; It was just ill luck he learned of our trap and warned the others, solely as a method of bribery to keep them from hunting him." Licia shakes her head.

"No."

"Aberrations. Disgusting, thoughtless creatures of feigned flesh."

Ac'Aelu would mutter as he reads the letter, shaking his head.

"A construct is acceptable only to serve."

Durack would begin to ponder if these beings would make for good slaves and if they could resist the affects of the cold embrace of a Thanium pit.

"Hmmm.... Uhn secon' t'ought, dey may troi 'nd steal aneh treasure dey foind.... gah, nae. Dey'll nae duh fo' slave labah."

*a note written in somewhat poor handwriting is penned and pinned beneath Quavinir's letter reading*

"There is so much wrong with this I have trouble determining where to begin, so I will go from the start.

Firstly, you did betray us by allowing these parasites that live to create a God to continue to roam this world. I ask you this, even if the chance that they create a God is 10^-100000, I would rather not take that chance. The fact that this God would have complete and utter disregard for life and undetermined motives and goals means that we could potentially have another Ibless on our hands. Except this one has minions with the strength of an entire orc army. So really, would you be willing to take that chance?

Secondly, none of the information we have came from you. All of our information came from myself and two others. Not to mention I was the one that wrote the book that was given to the clerics.

Thirdly, you say that these beings don't kill people. Well let's say they haven't yet, what is to stop the creatures with no regard for life from killing. Also, the fact that they need a corpse in the first place to make a homunculi, which the have made many of,  hints at the idea that they have killed to make these creatures.  Also, my brother Beros who was an old but healthy Dwed, fully capable of defending himself against the common bandit, is now a homunculi. I find the chances that Prohan just happened across his body one day, in pristine condition enough to create a Doppleganger, very slim.

Fourthly, how foolish are you to believe the words that come from a creature that has complete and utter disregard for all life. You literally believed the people who you yourself said were hunting you to my face and that you yourself had already killed two before.

Fifthly, you are likely one of the only ones seeking for a peaceful end to this,  as I doubt many would be okay with the chance that we will have to fight two of Ibless at the same time.

- Belegar"

"Quavinir...",she huffed before writing a letter of her own

"    Your heart is much too kind, naive even, but what should I expect from one who was a follower of the aengul of compassion? They used you, those creatures are smart and acting is not beyond them. Now you are in this situation, wanted for betraying information because you neglect wit. May Aeriel's hands be tender on your soul - Alirya Vincrute"

Keezh is perplexed by the sight of all the men and women of the realm saying 'no' to a piece of parchment. She worries for their mental state.
