I'd say yes, honestly. How much time someone spends engaged with a community enables them better knowledge on how to manage and moderate it, as you need to know how it works before you're able to both amend the issues and enforce the current climate. There are some exceptions, however I'd say for the majority it does.

 

 

I havent! Perhaps in the future, I've never done much with orcs but always wanted too..

How would you advise someone gets more knowledge of the community?

I'm sorry, can you please follow our forum policy detailed within the terms of conditions regarding the language policy. We only allow English upon the forums, your variation of Scottish is a direct breach and further action will be settled with a ban until we're sure that the language barrier has been broken.
