Decree of Righteous Banishment, 1560

 

It is henceforth declared on the Sixth of Malins Welcome 1560, that the individuals known as Adorellan Sintel and Eloh'ra Rohkea from the borders of our City-State of Celein due to recent actions taken by them and discoveries of their connections with the Occult and Dark. Ousted from our Settlement all properties once belonging to these individuals that remain in our borders are surrendered to the Government of Celein and will be seized. It is decreed that Citizenry of Celein not interact with these criminals, offer them shelter or help them in any way. Any sightings of these individuals should be reported immediately to the Hileial.

He shakes his head before going to stalk the Oasis grove.
