 I agree with the both of you. Honestly, this isn't gonna change much. So there will be new stuff. I like the idea, it would give weapon makers an edge at making lighter weapons if we manage to set that up. I honestly like the 1.9 pvp, and I think everybody is overreacting. Just chill, enjoy yourself. Imagine how bad the mods feel like that? They've got a bunch of people screaming at each other because of an mc update that they're trying to put together for OUR enjoyment. This is not a big deal. If you're slamming on your keyboard, crying, or incredibly angry right now, just go take a walk or something.

It's the dev team's fault for consistently ignoring the playerbase and telling us to go **** ourselves. If someone painted your house with ****, you should still be allowed to complain no matter how much time and effort they spent doing it. Especially if you'd been telling them not to do it before they started and right through the process.

Okay, I want you to imagine everything about Roleplay that you enjoy(This represents the fast paced combat in 1.8), then I wan't you to imagine it being taken away from you (This is 1.9 being implemented.) Then, the coders say "But you can glide around if you chop down a million trees." (This is the Eyltra.)

 

Question: Why is combat fun in Minecraft 1.8?

Answer: It's fast paced, and gives you a rush when you start whooping some ass, it's rewarding for using different tactics and still allows the player to make intelligent decisions and outsmart their opponents using the surroundings.
