[✗] Ancient Vailor

Recommended Posts

As the land begins to rot deeper and deeper it would crumble the packed dirt, slowly sinking away. As hills begin to crumble small pieces of ancient ruins would begin appearing inside of the blight. Many ruins would be able to be explored and many would simply be to destroyed to enter. The archaeology of the land has soon to yet be discovered, but is simply revealed as the blight pulls away at the land. Many of Vailors secrets would lay underneath the unexplored land, as the Shamans would happen upon the buildings. Expeditions would be led by a Shaman guide most of the time but events may occur with other curious groups, having to survive the hazardous wildlife of the taint to enter the ruins.

Each map/land that the children of the 4 ancestors have fled to has had its own personal archaeology some being explored more than others, but each being different in it's own way seeing as they are all different lands.

Pretty vague but could definitely be expanded upon: I regret that with Vailor so near it's end there isn't much we can do with this here and now, but it is something that could/will be considered in the next map.

Is this something that would only be unlocked with taint, aka Orgon's power, or is it possible you'd be interested in seeing ruins/lost areas that can only be unlocked through the use/worship of other spirits? What form would that take?

Or would you prefer to see a route where taint rots land, causing ruins of all racial origins to be revealed, thus giving both shamans (w/ Orgon's power) as well as necromancers, incentive to taint/destroy land in certain areas, hoping to uncover ruins wherein lies treasures/lost powers?
