THE EMINENT DOMAIN POLICY SHALL COMPENSATE THE FORMER OWNERS WITH A SUM OF ONE HUNDRED CROWNS. Each province has been inspected thoroughly by imperial intendants, and all property owners have been given ample time to send in their applications. To avoid the loss of property and capital, the Imperial Administration encourages ALL denizens of the Empire to apply for citizenship. All foreigners who wish to receive compensation must provide a deed to the Auditor General.
