The Free Elves

There is no shame greater than bowing to the Emperor of Man. For there is no shame greater than recognizing one as your King. To elf kind there is but one— there is Malin. Let me teach you this, fair elves. There is no shame greater than praising John Horen higher than your King. And no shame greater than naming any King other than Malin.

No more will elf kind accept such advances.

But fear not fair elves, those who shall no longer stand for the rule of Tristin Treasery in Dominion of Man have so risen. And no longer will they heed the words of the Mad and False King. I encourage you elves, pack your bags from Laureh’lin— abandon your already empty homes. There is nothing there for you. There will be nothing there for you— for in years to come, there will be nothing but the Plague— the plague of a state led by a man with no allegiance but the Empire of Man.

No more will Malin's legacy be tainted.

There will be no Dominion of Man. There will be no Forests of the False King. There will be no more tainted legacy of our kindred from the past. There will be no more corruption by the False King's heathenous worship of the Emperor of Oren. There will be no more kidnapping of she-elves in attempted forced marriages. There will be no criminals excused for their violent attacks. There will be no more babies slaughtered by the craven King.

The Free Elves stand.

"How ironic they only invoke the name of Malin when it suits them," Aenor replies lazily, starting to have PTSD from the time of the endless Aheral propaganda of Athera.

Andri'ante pulls on her hair rather harshly, a dragged out sigh of exasperation passing her lips.

"Fine! Go about and prance to worship a dead man! Give up the King who has armies and more beneficial purposes for a guy covered in flies and animal dung! Fine!"

She huffs, making a sassy gesture with her hands like the true sarcasm-filled, sneering, judgemental Mali'aheral she is.

"Bend a knee to Malin, you'll be eating dust and dirt worshipping his corpse."

"Mali'aheral,

No allegiance holds more importance to me than my people, Mali'aheral. For years, the true state of the Mali'ker and Mali'ame have been at peace and happy with each other, yet,  the only obstacles to our unification have always been your kind. You sit behind walls of ivory and write away, attempting to leach away and what you can manage a grasp upon.   Why do you again prevent the unification of the Mali'? It is the only goal I seek, and I shall sit here awaiting a letter from you to speak formally, one on one so that we may discuss peace between our peoples yet again, as the Dominion proved. "

Signed,
Tristin Tresery Of the Dominion Of Malin

Cal finishes off his bottle as he is told of yet another poster. "Are you serious? They're putting these things up faster than I can drink now."

"But where exactly is this poster directing us? Its full of vague promises and half truths, yet it does not offer an address to call upon. Leave Laureh'lin and go... where?"

"These free elves aren't free to **** each other, you see. Or else they'll be turned to soup. Such freedom with the renegades."

"Funny how these elves proclaim we Oren are tyrants yet they still have there own governments and cities nor do I remember abolishing Malin. I also quite distinctly remember protecting the elves from orc skirmishers about a saints week or two ago." William would state

"I'm quite good living in Laureh'lin. There's fresh air, flowers grow in abundance, a forest that grows behind the cihi to take a stroll in every once and a while, and the air won't reek of perfume. I'm more happy living here than I would in the cihi of the Aherals," a young Aheral named Aelthus Aureon, El'Naeri of the Sirame of Laureh'lin, would comment to his Aheral sister Veravia Aureon.

Having arrived at her destination Cheza starts unloading her cart when a second poster smacks her in the face. The elfess starts shouting out a rather long string of curses, letting that paper know exactly how she feels, as she once more struggles to get it off before reading her 'assailant'.

"The only plague goin' about is the one the uruks are spreading. The only taint upon Malin's legacy is that with each day passing there are still elves who're just letting our world be blighted and killed. Worse yet, that there are elves who would ally themselves with the uruks who're killing the forests that Malin loved. Uruks that harm Malin's children. Disgustin'..."
