The elf who ordered such acts has already handed himself over to the Dreadlanders. The Silver State of Haelun'or thanks the lands of Laureh'lin for their attempt at driving a wedge between other people's to further their own goals, as well as setting their Necromantic minions against Haelun'or. No actions were condoned by Haelun'or. The elf in question will be given justice according to the Dread Lands.
