Unable to PVP in Halfling Region

Gonna keep this pretty short for now, but we can't punch or provide knockback in the halfling town region.

 

I've talked about it in OOC before and Ever tried to help me, however, he couldn't find the issue. It is still disabled somehow and despite being a peaceful race, we need pvp for SHOGGING! Also this could possibly lead to abuse somehow idk.

Only way I see that happening is if there's PvP banditry just outside the borders and one party flees into the no PvP zone. Not too likely that'll happen though.

I'm fairly certain there are a few regions with this issue at the moment, although not many. I've seen some complaints about it in help chat.

I remember once I was trying to hit somebody in Sutica, and I modreq'd it and Ever came by and he said to me "hrm... We are working on it." and then afk'd for like 5 minutes and tp'd away.

Not entirely untrue. At first we thought the issue was with the region flags. That's generally the go-to when some regions are behaving oddly while the rest aren't.

As you can see, the flags (pvp - allow) are as they should be. Pretty sure at this point it's an issue with the world/map/shard thing and I've messaged the tech people to see what they can do about it.
